Could it be, that there is no clean 2.3.7 AOSP for SGA? I've been searching for it, but couldn't find... I would like to try it out...
(Yes, I found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1528393, it's a chinese rom, but the link is broken...)

Nope its HDPI.
And wrong because this MIUI is not official its a port of Nexus S MIUI and miui.us is not a official MIUI site its a fan site only miui.com is http://en.miui.com/download.html
