have you tried fixing permissions? or tried the s4v kernel over the stock official.leaked ics rom

roll back your radio, then really flash the ics rom, and all should be well, the newer radio is recommended but not mandatory

do you not remember ? where are you from ? what hboot are you ? have you downgraded your hboot ? do you know your camerea hardware revision (2*5mp or 2+5mp) ? are you s-on / off ? il try work out which is the correct radio

what country are you from
or, http://www.filefactory.com/f/4ef0ef536face67a/ go here and find your official rom, then place it on your sd card, then open up app flash image gui, and tell it to extract the boot img from that rom, and let it reboot, let me know if that works, then hit the thanks button

Can't you just flash Google Apps separately? Been having to do that with CM anyway.

CAUTION! Flashing the .35 Hboot changes your recovery partition. If you are using Amon 2.0.0 it may cause problems if you have bad blocks. Amon discussed the issue here about a week ago: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9690514&postcount=1467
You can flash an older version of Amon and it should be ok. It fixed mine at least.

You can get the ICS update by reverting back to the stock mobilicity gingerbread ROM
Step 1: Download this

Step 2: Wipe the phone
Step 3: go into fastboot
Step 4: lock your bootloader (use hasoon's tool to lock your bootloader)
Step 5: run the exe file you downloaded in step 1
Step 6: Check for update... download and install
Step 7: Repeat step 6
I make no promises this will work for you... It worked for me. I take no responsibility for anything you do to your phone... and In will not be able to help you since I probably know less that you.

According to CID checker its DAVE_001 .Do you think we can change the CID go to Tmous RUU change it back and get the OTA update?

You can get the ota without changing the cid, but if you're on a custom recovery, then well, you're probably screwed, you'll need to s-off to get any chance of upgrading to ICS since we have no stock ruu for mobilicity to restore your devices with.

Nope and we don't have a stock image, so no clue how you guys will revert to stock until we get one, unless you s-off and use another providers stock rom.

It's an EXEcutable problem to be run in Windows OS. RUU = Rom Update Utility. Is HTC's official update release. Run it and follow all instructions from it.
You could see many screen capture of similar, https://www.google.com.hk/search?es...mg..0.19.469.nEIu67l38fU&q=rom update utility
It is only meant for STOCK, unmodified, original, un-rooted, etc etc etc.
Was the file taken down? It seems to be no longer available for download. I could really use an RUU for the Asian HTC One Max.

If your max is INTERNATIONAL T6UL and on hboot 2.49.0000, go to the link below and read post number (106) and follow instructions to S-OFF

There is no risk at all , but your mobile is a t-mobile so I don't know if this will work on your devices
