Please help unbrick my x10i due to noob error - XPERIA X10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys - flashed my x10i a few times and have tried various roms via xrecovery install and all worked fine. I was trying another new rom yesterday and the battery fell out halfway through install. Not sure what has happened, but x10 now stuck on sony ericson boot screen and wont enter xrecovery (i think its not there tbh) and as its stuck on boot screen, I cant select debugging mode. Flash tool wont work as cant enter debugging and when i hook it up to sony service update, it just says newest firmware/software installed.
I have tried, and still trying, one click but that keeps hanging!
Help guys . . . please

Flash a kernel maybe.
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium

I have flashed the downgrade and dooms kernal that came with the flash tool but it only semi flashes as I cant put the x10 in debug mode as cant enter settings due to constant display of boot screen. Really screwed

Did you do a back up?
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium

You dont have to flash downgrade only dooms.
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium

Gone back in to flash tool. selected azuzu kernal and flashed to point where it says to reconnect x10 in debugging mode (which i cant!). Not sure if this was a succesful flash but x10 still stuck at boot screen. Service update still states latest software installed. x10 still bricked. oneclick keeps stating the following:Killing ADB Server...
OK
Starting ADB Server...
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
OK
Waiting for device...

oh' made a nandbackup but that was saved to my old laptops hdd which is long gone

Do you have the 2.3.3 firmware, perhaps you can flash that.

Perhaps Im not doing something right here, but i was under the impression that you had to be able to select 'allow external/third part software' and 'debugging' from x10's settings in order for the flash tool to do anything. As I cant access any of the x10's settings to turn these functions on, I cant use flash tool?
The only option available inside flash tool is 'flash' which has pre installed kernals from azuzu and when i select flash, it says the following:
flashing kernal.sin - flashing finished - now unplug device and power on - go to apps and select unknown sources and debugging.
Cant do anything as stuck on boot screen when powered on

In SEUS did you try the repair option? Try downloading and flashing a different kernel, I don't think you need debugging on to flash a kernel. Just don't plug phone in until it says to connect in flashmode
From my XPERIA X10S v8.2 on JaBKerneL @ 1.15ghz

Flashed with azuzu kernal to point where it asks for power on and unknown sources and still in boot mode.
Just realised that when i power on the phone and connet it to flash tools it doesnt recognise the x10 but does when in flash mode - odd.
checked and laest drivers installed on pc but replaced them and still the same.
I am completely stumped and at the end of my rope now
Cant understand why service update recognised x10 and says latest firmware installed but cant boot.

With custom Rom it's normal for it to say it's 'up to date' but then find the repair button and press it. Without using repair SEUS only checks for stock Rom updates, if non stock Rom installed just says up to date
From my XPERIA X10S v8.2 on JaBKerneL @ 1.15ghz

There doesnt appear to be a repair option after it has stated that it is running the latest software. There also doesnt seem to be an option prior too.
I really have had it now. Bringing a grown man to his knees!
I have never had so much trouble with a mobile divice and trying not to throw the paperweight against the wall now!

Dude we are sailing on the same ship.. I too got stuck at SE logo..
Tried what all i can do..
Sent from my GT-S5360 using xda premium

managed to find repair option. all goes well untill download bit. select model of phone then i get a message saying 'sorry, no software available for x10, please try again later' . . . . . WTF!

Guys, no need to panic If you don't mind losing your data, as far as I can see you have flashtool installed, then:
1.- download the generic firmware for your phone (I'm sure you don't really wanna have you carrier branded crapware...errrrrrr..... firmware) you can find it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=920746, in case you get lost, just get it from here http://minus.com/mAla782XK/1f
2.- inside flashtool you'll find several folders, unrar your firmware (X10i_3.0.1.G.0.75_1241-1846.ftf ) inside firmware folder, do not connect your phone yet
3.- run flashtool and click on "flash" icon, pick flashmode, then OK
4.- On the left side select your firmware and hit OK
5.- It will say "preparing files for flashing"
6.- A window giving you instruccions will pop up, just press and hold the back button on your phone, connect the USB cable (which is already connected to PC, of course ) and don't let go the button until you read flashtool started to flash
7.- wait 'till it finishes (praying will help........., well maybe not, but will keep you busy haha)
8.- It will only take a few minutes, the only moment it seems it's stucked is when is flashing "system" , don't worry, it takes a little longer that the other files.
9.- after is done, just unplug, turn it on and wait, don't forget first boot always takes a little longer too!!!!!!
10.- If you want to, use flashtool to root your phone and install xrecovery afterwards, that's it, brand new
Hope it helps and is clear enough, any question just ask, I'm usually here, either on home or phone

Sorted it. I downloaded an early version of flash tool (0.7.1.0) and put a stock .ftf in firmware file. flashed like a charm.
X10 no longer bricked
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP

Can´t access bootloader, to install 2.3

Hi, i've tried two ways to unlock bootloader, by Flashtool and Xrecovery.
With flashtool I didn't get the message "Successfully applied unlock" but the phone rebooted anyway.
I triede pressing several times, the back button when the sonnyericson letters appear, tried always pressing and nothing.
Can anyone help me.
I can supply the flashtool log if necessary.
Thx
Anyone??? Do I have to do it all over again? What's the best way to re-do it?

you mean you cannot access the x-recovery right..?? try the tool in my signature n install the CWM recovery from it.. After installing CWM recovery with the tool reboot your phone.. press the back button when sony ericsson logo comes and your done.. you can now flash Custom ROM's with CWM recovery..
Also, double check which baseband you have. It should end in x015 (x being the rest of the number). If not then you'll need to flash to the correct version. My minipro wouldnt enter xrecovery/cwm until it had been flashed to it, like you the backbutton did nothing and I couldnt find a solution for a few days.
My phone came shipped with android 1.6 and previous baseband. If you look around the forum for basebands you should be able to find it. Flash with flashtool.

Having the problem it iscoolbutton.ocx, tried the fix and still the sameproblem. My baseband ends in 15. When I run the Flashtool it gives this message:

And then phone restarts. Any ideas?
I've done it. Installed the E10_nAa-10_2.6.29.6-nAa-10 kernell and worked. Now the problem is does detect my SD Card.

I found the solution for my problem, I hope it helps somebody else.
steps:
1. download Flashtool-0.5.0.0beta (ask me if you want a link)
2. download s1tools (version doesn't matter)
3. install flashtool, and restart your computer (don't install gordon's gate yet0
4. plug in your turned on x10 mini(it needs to be in usb debug mode as well)
5. wait for flashtool to recognize it
6. on the menu click on plugins, unlock boot loader(or something similar),run
7.you will get some response like this:
Root Access Allowed
INFO - Searching Xperia....
ERROR - Please plug you device in flash mode
you will get it multiple times, even a popup window indicating how to put your phone in flash mode.
8. unplug your phone and turn it off
9. now go to the directory where you installed falsh tool, drivers folder, and install gg(gg setupxxxx.exe)
10. now connect your device in flash mode(turned off, connect to pc while you hold the back button)
11. your phone will restart a couple times, just wait.
12. in my case the process ended when it rebooted in recovery mode(i had cwm recovery put in already),I manually rebooted, and voila !!!
BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED !!!!
13. run s1 tool and double check, you know, the cap letter and stuff, it shouldn't be cap anymore

Please Help, tried to Flash phone, Error phone Cannot Reboot.

Hey Guys, I hope you are having a good day. Mine is not a good one.
I wanted my experia st15i phone to be back on stock again so I can root it. I am running a .62 firmware. I have read on doomlords thread that .62 firmware cannot be rooted, so I decided to flash it back to the stock phone .368.
I followed all the step on the flashing on the phone.
-downloaded the flashtool for experia latest version. Followed the steps
- installed the necessary drivers -adb, flashtool drivers.
- then I followed the steps to flash the phone
This error came up (see Attachment) after that I haven't been able to turn on my phone since then. Even If I tried again, still comes up the same error.
BIG PROBLEM! My phone now cannot be turned on, it keeps getting back to flash mode whenever I connect it to the computer.
Please help!
I am sorry but I only follow steps throughtout the flashing method, I don't know if I had to unlock my bootloader before I flash it, or root it.
Please help, I am currently researching now If I can turn back my phone again.
flash to stock rom.. .42 firmware is good if you want to keep root..i saw the image from that are you flashing any kernel..?beacause you are in fastboot mode..but to flash ftf file you have to be in flashmode
Error with the flashtool, phone stop working
No, I am not flashing any kernels. I was in flash mode. I was never in fastboot mode.
Ok thanks for the heads up, I'll use .42 instead.
But still currently having this problem. I can't do anything because I can't turn on the phone. If I turn it on, the logo doesn't come up and the blinking light is on GREEN, so that means I am still in flashmode (even without the connection to the computer). If I connect the phone when the flashtool is there, its says on the log that it's on flashmode.
The Big Problem is, How can I turn it on back to normal mode. releasing the flash mode. If that really is the problem, when the error came up.
Second Question. Do you have to unlock the bootloader to perform the root or flashtool. I already have installed the adb drivers.
first there is no need of unlock bootloader to flash ftf file..just download ftf file then put in firmware folder..then open flashtool... click on flash and then click on flashmod then just select your ftf file and press ok..switch off your mobile..then press volume down button and coonect your mobile to pc using usb cable..flashtool will flash that firmware...
Thanks...
But, I have already followed all those steps you said. then that error comes up (refer to the thumbnail above). After that I haven't been able to turn on the phone.
When I try to turn on the phone, the logo screen won't show and the light that blinks above the phone is green. Meaning its kinda stuck on flashmode.
I am so scared right now, if I can't fix it.

[Q]What went wrong, when flashing X10_V1_BLRelock.ftf

I tried to unlock bootloader following the guide on the developer section (actually, only the "guide" in the header, 1 step). I tried multiple times, and this always happen (attachment)
edited:
This seems to be the situation for the fxp 123 too.
--
As I'm a noob. I have no idea whether to flash the fxp 123 with our without bootloader. Anyhow.. as my question says.. I can't do ether.
odd,
i actually did the exact same thing and its fine here.
this is what your trying to do yes ?(below)
•flash the azuzu kernel downgrade ftf with flashtool
•disconnect usb cable, press power button until phone vibrates shortly and immidiatly connect the usb cable again (it is supposed to be stuck at SE logo)
•start the batch file for unlocking bootloader, cause it says press any button before it starts, it won't start unlocking until you press any button
•now wait until flashtool recognizes your x10 (if flashtool doesn't do anything, check third post please! thx)
•close flashtool and then press any button in the cmd window that the unlocking process starts (please close flashtool, instead the bl unlock cmd and flashtool are constantly killing and restarting adb!!)
•after unlocking is finish you have to flash azuzu kernel upgrade
•now power on phone to check if the phone is starting after the unlock (if you are using a custom kernel yet with the bypass method and get stuck in a bootloop enter xrecovery and clear dalvik-cache, then your phone should boot up again fine)
•power off phone and flash dooms ck v05-fs with flashtool
•now flash the wifi modules for dooms ck with recovery. (atm the update.zips are for xrec, but for sure please always check dooms kernel-thread if there is anything changed)
•power on phone again and if everything is right, read the line under that one
•WOOOHOOO!!! Here you are with unlocked bootloader, custom kernel directly loaded AND without reflashing any rom, means you have kept your current installation
a.have you tried checking the S1Tool to see if you can unlock ive seen people saying its just not an option.
b. what are you choosing to flash ? i actually selected kernel straight away on the downgrade part
maybe use the s1tool and post that so people can respond to that
No. It says I only have to flash the X10_V1_BLRelock.ftf, if I'm going to a custom ROM afterwards.
Have I misunderstood?
i guess its me misunderstanding
could you like me the thread where you got the file from or your guide
if your unlocking your bootloader i find it odd that the file says BL''RELOCK''
anyways this is the guide i followed and worked like a charm.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254087&highlight=blrelock
the first post has the guide and my files were called the following
qsd8250 (zip file wich held the qsd8250_semc.bat)
wich allowed me to unlock the bootloader (this file had nothing to do with flashtool)
only used flastool for 2 things.
1) downgrade kernel
2) after qsd8250 was done unlocking bootloader to upgrade kernel to doomkernels V6 for UL bootloaders (was my choice of kernel)
That was the guide I used too.
"If you aren't keeping your current device configuration (because of flashing another rom after unlocking bootloader or anything else) the simplest way to unlock is to flash stock 2.3.3 rom, root it and use the bl unlock plugin from latest flashtool"
So i took the flash thing named bl_something..
---
As it seems that was wrong, can you give me a quick tutorial, as I didn't quit understand your way. and this one mention and easy way to do it if you'r going to change ROM at once.
tutorial read beyond the big text http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254087
basicly it says this.
1) get the files you need
semc bat is for x10i and x10a. But only if you haven't tried any simunlocking
the bl unlock file from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1253277 - thanks to the_laser
Kernel up/downgrade for flashtool from here: - thanks to azuzu im using FlashTool_0.2.9.1-GBready_root_xRec
and a custom kernel for Unlocked bootloaders (since your unlocking it )
i used doomkernels v6 for UL BL
Wifi modules for kernel if needed mine had it built in
and then the guide tells you to do this
Please make sure you have enabled usb-debugging in your current rom before starting with this!!
•flash the azuzu kernel downgrade ftf with flashtool
(i opened flashtool selected flash and then selected 'kernel downgrade' and in the other tab i skipped the 'loader' and selected 'kernel')
•disconnect usb cable, press power button until phone vibrates shortly and immidiatly connect the usb cable again (it is supposed to be stuck at SE logo)
(it asks you to do this and so i did)
1) turn off phone
2)unplug phone
3)hold back button
4)stil while holding back button plug phone in
5) flashtool takes over and you can let go
•start the batch file for unlocking bootloader, cause it says press any button before it starts, it won't start unlocking until you press any button
(when its done open the qsd8250 file wich you unzip(ped) and start the qsd8250_semc.cmd)
•after unlocking is finished you have to flash azuzu kernel upgrade
(same deal as the downgrade)
•now power on phone to check if the phone is starting after the unlock (if you are using a custom kernel yet with the bypass method and get stuck in a bootloop enter xrecovery and clear dalvik-cache, then your phone should boot up again fine)
•power off phone and flash the kernel you downloaded with flashtool
(the one you picked as said i used doomkernels v6 for UL BL)
•now flash the wifi modules if its needed with xrecovery. NOT FLASHTOOL!!!!
•power on phone again and if everything is right, read the line under that one
If you aren't seeing the se logo at turning on phone, but directly the custom kernel logo, you were succesfully. If you want to enter xrecovery you have to spam the back button now if the xperia logo appears instead of the se logo.
and thats it
all thnx should go to 9Lukas5 since i just copy / pasted evrything that he wrote
It's stuck here at the upgrade...

And when are the bat file finished, it didn't give a clear message, so after a while i exited it.
the bat file auto exits when completed cant remember but it asks you to press any key again and when you do it auto closes
make sure thats done and make sure you do this while flashtool is closed
so close flashtool before pressing any key in de bat file
and i dont see an error in the flash tool info you posted ? how is it stuck ?
i dont know if it matters but i actually upgraded straight away to the kernel i wanted to use
so instead of doing the kernel upgrade delivered with flashtool i upgraded to doomkernels v6 ULBL
seems like your almost there
The upgrade didn't continue..
I'll try your method instead, as for the bat tool.. it's "stuck" at the *daemon started successfully*
ah yeah ok
its bat file first while flashtools turned of
then when it auto closed turn flashtool back on and upgrade
I don't think you understood my explanation
First I downgraded
then I started the bat
then I closed the flashtool
then I pressed "any key" in the bat
then it got stuck on *daemon started successfully*, and it still get stucks there.

I think you might be right.
First, after a while just having the bat file opened this pops up: "error: protocol fault (no status)". Whatever that means, and it get stuck at the deamon thing again.
however when I start flashtool while having the bat file open it starts killing the apb server because it is out of date.
now.. what is adb server and how do I update/Install it?
Also, when I get this apb server thing installed ( can anyone link? ), can I use FXP 123 to upgrade with?
edit:
I used another computer, as I was away from my main computer. I got no problem with the adb server there, other than windows defender, but I manage to allow it
now, back to the question above: Can I install FXP 123 as custom kernal? instead of upgrade?
Thats what i did but with doomkernels v6 and no pro lems here ... maybe just to be safe flash the upgrade first then your fx123 its how the guide told us to do it

Redo de wipes ... enter recovery if you can? Its the rom loadin not kernel is it?
Then full wipe
Wipe cache partition
And wipe dalvik cache or whatever its called

Ive googled some more and dalviks cache alone might even be sufficient

As I said I just used another computer and the bat file worked, and after wiping all data as Bjornlindekens suggested I got it running.
Thanks all!
this is what i found so far.
(Amaurilol)
''Try finding an apk file for the market. Uninstall the one of your phone and install the downloaded one.''
http://www.filecrop.com/google-market.apk.html
flash google apps.zip if there is one ?(for your rom)
can you locate the market app in your settings/applications ?
only found 1 simular problem and doesnt say if its solved or not
and
(Ynkamat)
''Or else do a manual install of market app. We have a lots of them in apps section. Fix permissions. Use android commander from pc and install that app as a system app. But you need google account and its services to detect''

[Q] CM9 problem Bricked phone (no response at all)

Hello
My phone: sony ericsson experia Neo (MT15i)
I tried to instal CM9 but something went wrong and now i cant start my phone.(normal, recovery nor fastboot)
I downloaded CM9, extracted the boot.img file, and placed it in the fastboot folder.
Then i placed the Zip and the google apps on the SD-card.
I then rebooted the phone in Fastboot and flashed the boot.img file.
Everything looked like it went fine but the phone wasn't rebooting. I've tried alot of things now but nothing works.
The only thing that happens when I try to put on the phone is the slight vibration in the beginning and then nothing happens.
Can somebody please help me? I cant even go in recovery with CWM
I also had this problem with CM 9. You just have the flash the old kernel back. Or you can flash the whole firmware again: http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/35239
Edit: with Flashtool.
I would have tried that, but the problem is i cant go into flashmode anymore. Nothing works.
Fastboot?
Doesn't work either

2.Hold the volume down button key of ur phone and connect to the USB connected to your PC
3.If this does not work remove the battery and put it back again and do step no 2.
4.SEUS will detect ur phone and install the latest ICS i.e.4.0.4

2)why volume down?
5)seus nor pcc doesn't relock bootloader, plus if he unlocked it via official way, he won't be able to use pcc nor seus.
@OP: what happens when you try connecting in fastboot mode? No blue led? Hows your phone named in device manager?
@madfysh
I had the same problem with that CM9 kernel and I had unlocked bootloader & I recovered my phone using SUSE by the same process I wrote that's y I suggested him those steps

I will give this a try.
I think there might be a problem with the Trim Area though. I have been looking for a solution but it seems hard.

I was thinking there was a trim area problem so I was looking for a solution.
At first there was nothing, no device recognized when I attached it to a pc. No flastboot, no flash, no recovery, no leds, nothing at al (exept for a slight vibration in the beginning).
Then I followed the method for unlocking the boot loader with testpoint and then te pc recognized the device as a neo. But thats all. Nothing more, stil no reaction when i try to turn the phone on in any way.
I disconnected the device and now when I reconnect it it isn't recognized anymore.

Use Flashtool, flash an Official Global ftf from SONY, then let it boot up. It will work. Only way to do it. PM me if needed
Is this the OFFICIAL CyanogenMod 9 RC1? The boot.img does not work. Use the boot.img from FXP's Unofficial CyanogenMod 9. It works. Personally though, use FXP's CM9 cause it's working better then the official one.
Before using the full restore method (The Flashtool thing) try flashing the boot.img from FXP first. Still doesn't work? Flash official, boot-up, turn off, flash FXP kernel, full-wipe, flash ROM, reboot.
My Phone is fixed.
Alejandrissimo helped me with rebuilding the Trim Area.
Everything works fine now, except connecting to 3G/HSDPA. I used to be able to connect to it but now it doesn't anymore.
Does someone knows a solution for that?

[Q] Xperia U stuck in boot loop (more in the post)

Hello everyone,
I encountered a problem while flashing a new rom on my new (actually 1,5 years old) Xperia U.
I rooted it and managed to instal the CWM touch recovery (using the CWM-instaler) and when i tried to flash a new rom (eXperiance V2.1)
the rom stopped installing (it has a special installer where u select apps and stuff, u probably know of it) and it didn't move on... i had no other option but to take out the battery. When i tried to turn on the phone again it just showed the sony logo, then automatically restarted, showed the logo again for a few seconds and restarted, and kept doing that until i took out the battery again...
So i tried the flashtool and i can connect the phone in flashmode (green led), but i cant connect it in fastboot mode (it connects but then suddenly disconnects as the phone restarts). I wanted to flash a new .ftf file but somehow when i put my file in the /firmware folder and turn on flashtool it is not visible in the files i could flash (just the stock x10 file is there) so im really at a loss...
Anyone got any ideas?
i did backup my previous rom but since i cant boot my phone into recovery that's not a lot of help...
I might also mention that the phone was running ics 4.0.4. and that the bootloader was locked ( i did have root tho...)
If you want any extra info just ask
Any help would be appreciated thank you
Solution: I did what dara007_168 said, which was:
1. Put the file into folder firmware(make sure the file is FTF
2.open flashtool don't do anything
3.select lightening icon and select flash mode then select the download firmware
4.wait for the pop up said
"Turn off your device....."
5.turn off your Xperia u at least 30 second
6.press the volume down key with the same time connect your phone to computer via usb (make sure to have driver install)
7.wait till it finished done
at first this didn't work for me since i had some problems with the flash tool but then i re-downloaded the older version of the flashtool and the firmware and also reinstalled the drivers.
After that it worked and i could normally flash the generic firmware.
Links:
https://unrestrict.li/flashtool (select older version if the new one doesn't work)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1974430 (i used ST25i_6.1.1.B.1.100_Sony)
Thanks for the quick help to everybody

How could you flash the kernel with a locked bootloader?
Have you installed the drivers from flashtool drivers directory, what windows version you have?

Sorry for no reply for so long but i made a video and here's the screenshot of my flashtool
I am using Win 7 64x and i have installed the drivers in the flashtool driver directory.
There is a chance the phones bootloader was unlocked though... i didn't check (honestly i didn't know how)

Thanks for trying to help
(sorry i haven't got enough posts to post links)
Edit: I tried using sony update service and it gave me an error stating that the software installed on my device cant be updated... probably becouse it has a half of a custom rom flashed, or am i missing something here?
Bro I think you should flash stock firmware. I think u know how to use flashtool that easy.
1.charge battery until it full i don't know if u can charge battery or not but u should
try. I have the same problem by flash the same rom as your but mine is different it stuck on the boot animation so it can charge but u I don't know
2.download stock firmware
3.flash it
4.done

I should do that. Can you please provide the links to both the Flashtool you are using and the stock firmware, since don't know why the ones i used didn't work.
I mentioned before when i try to copy the firmware file in to the appropriate folder it works, but its just now visible in the flash tool window to select.

Firmware is flashed in flash mode not fastboot, see how long can you stay in flash mode, though fastboot should be on forever.
Did you unlock your bootloader?
@ dara007_168 I think the phone should be reasonably charged, since i started doing things on it with a full charge and didn't really use it much, so i don't believe that's the problem. I downloaded the firmware u said and again i have the same problem with flash tool... i put the file in the correct folder, but when its time to flash it to the phone (which is correctly connected) it just isn't there, i cant select the the file i downloaded.
@ ChikeD The flash mode stays connected for about 45sec and then it goes into boot loop and about the boot loader i actually think i managed to unlock it a few hours ago (i did the necessary steps on the sony site and got the code before i bricked the phone) and now i entered the number in the flash tool and i think it actually did unlock my boot loader... although i don't know how to check that...
Oh, and fast boot mode stays on forever i think (ill let it charge a bit in fast boot mode, since the red light beside the camera is on so i think its charging)

Yow man, thanks for helping me out like this but there is a problem when i try to do those steps.
At step 3. I select the lightning icon, and the small pop up window appears and i select flash mode, and then
the window opens called Firmware selector, but the firmware is nowhere in that window and i don't know why...
i know where it should be i checked some videos it just isn't there...
Would it help if i posted screenshots of all the steps?
ow and another thing.
would it work if i tried to use fastboot and flash a kernel from that option? or maybe even flash the firmware?
And i guess this might be a useful peace of information, i am using Flashtool Version 0.9.12.1 built on 2013-06-04 22:50:00
