INSTRUCTIONS
1.Wipe data
2.Wipe cache
3.Wipe Dalvik cache
4.Wipe Battery stats
4.5. Go to mounts and storage and format system.
5.Find the zip you downloaded from the rom
6.Install the zip.
7.Reboot and Enjoy Mystic's Glory.
(Note if coming from an older build of my rom you do not need to wipe. Just flash the newer zip over the old one. When there is a new base it's recommended you wipe)

ICE CREAM SANDWICH GUIDE AND NEW FEATURES OF SAMSUNG OFFICIAL ICS AND ROM QUESTIONS
Hey guys. With the new Ics roms there are brand new ways to do things that are very different from gingerbread.
How do I take a screenshot in ICS?
This is one new feature of ICS. Hold down the power button and volume down button.
Can I still slide my finger across the status bar to change brightness?
Yes.
Where is usb debugging and unknown sources?
The usb debugging is now in developer options in the settings menu. Unknown sources lies in security options in the settings menu.
How do I activate face unlock?
Go to settings then security and select screen lock. There you will find face unlock along with 4 other options.
How come when I hold the home button I get this menu instead of the last 6 apps I use?
Google made a better way to multi task in Ics so now everything you used is shown. You can swipe right or left to kill an app.
How do I copy and paste?
Hold down on the screen and move the arrows to what you want to copy and press the piece of paper at the top right of the screen.
How do I activate mass storage, all that shows up when I plug in the computer is mtp?
Once again this is a new feature of ics. To get mass storage go to settings then click more then usb utilities and click usb storage.
How come when I click on phone I no longer see the contact tab in the menu. I only see phone, log, and favorites???
This was done by Google to help stay organized and provide a clean experience to users.
How come with all ICS roms my facebook photos don't sync and how can I fix them?
Well you got me there. For some reason the photos don't sync natively on ICS. I think its a way by google to boost users of google plus. This is easily fixable by using an app called sync my pics or by using friendcaster from the play store?
How come I can't log into my email on any ICS rom?
You can just disable push notifications.
How can I improve battery life?
Disable the google crap in location settings and go to sounds and turn off touch and key tones.

Thanks buddy !!! Screenshots luk nyce... maybe will give it a try and also try playing with the density settings in build.prop, maybe they'll stick.
Do you know if there r any settings in S3 launcher to modify the homescreen grid icons (rows and column no's) like Apex and rest all ? This seems too big for me ... been using AOKP based roms from quite long time ..
