Can you please rename the file? It's not letting me install it because HTC's keyboard has the same name.

So no worries download spflash tools and flaah ur firmware back
Download ur official firmware google for it and just flash iyt

forgot to update.
i flashed the rom, then the lazyflasher after the rom. and thats all. it boots in a second
after using it for some minutes i dont know why it gets laggy
