[KERNEL][Xperia Sola] Advanced Stock Kernel [Rel:v01][Dt:03/JUNE] - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

so friends i present to u Advanced stock kernel for Xperia Sola!
i dont have device with me but a friend of mine requested me to make this kernel so here it is
now u dont need to flash pre-rooted system images
the main kernel (zImage) is stock from FW 6.0.B.1.564
i MAY work on integrating recovery into this advanced stock kernel IF AND WHEN i get time...
thanks to my friend Jozinek for sending the kernel.sin & ROG_ZX for testing it on his phone!

[ features ]
[v01 onwards] added support for init.d scripts (/system/etc/init.d)
[v01 onwards] added support for userinit scripts:
if sd-ext is mounted then it will execute /sd-ext/userinit.sh & shell scripts in /sd-ext/userinit.d/ folder
also scripts in /data/local/ will be executed... it will execute /data/local/userinit.sh & shell scripts in /data/local/userinit.d/ folder
[v01 onwards] autorooting (prerooted)
su binary & superuser.apk will automatically be installed by kernel
busybox (1.18.4) gets installed at /system/xbin/
[v01 onwards] insecure ramdisk
ramdisk is insecure (ro.secure=0)
adb server is persistent
usb debugging enabled
rootfs and /system mounted as rw
[ requirements ]
stock Sony 6.0.B.1.564 FW
bootloader unlocked
working fastboot

[ how to install this kernel ]
download the kernel.elf
save the it in the folder with fastboot binaries (fastboot.exe files)
power down device
start device in fastboot mode
use the following command to flash the kernel.elf
Code:
fastboot flash boot kernel.elf
reboot phone and enjoy the kernel

Will the performance increasing after flashing this kernel coz i have rooted my device , i don't need the rooting function in this kernel

no...
there will be no change in performance from the kernel side... u can ofcourse use "init.d scripts" to tweak the ROM but thats not directly kernel related, though this kernel will allow u to auto-run such scripts at startup...
also with this kernel u will be able to root ANY future firmware (GB atleast) as this kernel has the necessary codes to auto-root... so u wont need to hunt for pre-rooted system images which are huge (350MB+)

one of the users ROG_ZX has tested it on his phone and its working fine!
so users can now safely flash this kernel to auto-root their system!

I got some problem in fastboot mode.
My phone is sola.
when i press volume up key and plug the use cable.
My computer's device manager appear "S1 boot xxx".And I quicklly press that and install the drive that dodwnload from the page.
then I open the terminal window and type "fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version"
then appear the following message.
"< waiting for device >"
maybe I do something wrong???
My computer os is win 7 x64.

I had the same problem, I did't get the chance to install the driver. What I did was to go into fastboot before windows loads, I did it in bios setup to be sure, then boot to windows. Now it wil stay in fastboot and you can install the driver. Once the driver is installed you can enable fastboot at any time in Windows.

1.today i see the official update, and want to use pc companion to update.But it show the phone setting got some error.maybe it is because I root the boot loader??
2.
cause my phone got some hardware problem.So i need to give it back to sony.
And I want to restore to factory setting. is is possible to relock and no-root???

why when i go to the unlock page and enter my imei i cant cause its larger than 14 digits?

delete the last numer of you imei (for me it is a 0)

i have joined IIM-A... so EXTREMELY busy with the course work/lectures/assignments... hence wont be working on kernels/roms/other stuff for Xperia U/P/Sola...
