Just wondering. Have u tried revolutionary tool as ur on hboot 1.49.0007. Maybe it might help you.

Hi everyone, this is my first post on the forums. Did searches, looked for everyone, almost tried any solution on the XDA website, but it is still the same.
I have a Flyer 3G (32gb), it had Gingerbread. Last week my 14 year old nephew was playing and he said "look your screen is white".
He tried to update it and everything went wrong. My Flyer had S-Off, unlocked GB installed, the update was the Oficial OTA. It tried to install HC and got stuck on white htc screen. When I tried to go into recovery it was gone (deleted). I tried to load with goldcard method it says main version is old. I tried flyer downgrader method (thanks to Globatron) but when I try to flash the downgrader it says failed. I managed to install CWM but after that couldn't install anything. I tried to re-lock it and RUU but it said my RUU is not acceptable.
Revolutionary doesn't work can't S-OFF.
Now I have an unlocked flyer, with S-ON, hboot version:1.11.0003, radio :3809.07.04.06_M
Any help is appreciated....

Hi all im having a issue with my phone
When i turn it on it boots up to the Kingcobra 3d ics V1.5 where it says HTC Quietly brillent and just freezes. doesnt do anything after that :\

From all I've read on these forums, ICS does not play well with being s-on. I recommend you find the sticky in the gsm development forum that has to do with getting s-off and follow that. You did not say if you are on gsm, but I assume so judging by your choice of ROM.

It is because of the lack of firmware installation ( PG86IMG.ZIP )
and while you are s-on you can't install the firmware
so gain s-off here
then install the firmware from the OP of KingKobra then install the ROM
but i recommend Mwakious3DROM

As I also stated in my tutorial I do not know if this will help if you unlocked via htcdev. If I remember correctly, I had some users thanking me for reaching LOCKED even though they have used htcdev method to unlock. BUT REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST BE UNLOCKED BEFORE YOU TRY THAT TUTORIAL. Otherwise it won't have any effect.
folow this steps to gain locked status.
1.in Fastboot type "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" to make s-on (do this only if your booloader relocked)
2.download this officiall ICS rom http://www.filefactory.com/file/2hw...00U_11.25.3504.06_M_release_262714_signed.exe (just run this RUU file on your PC and folow steps to install on phone)
3.Unlock Bootloader again with HTCdev metod (fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin)
4.Install Custom recovery and SU Binary to gain root
5.Make wiretrick from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1743466 Method D (steps 3. to 12.) if all done your bootloader will be ***Juopunutbear*** and s-off
6.download this file put on sd card enter to bootloader and install https://www.dropbox.com/sh/gb42iuhjc8vk09z/3wDN9J3AFn/PG86IMG.zip (now your bootloader will be ***Locked*** and s-off)
7.in Fastboot type "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" to make s-on
8.Run again RUU officiall ics from step 2, and your phone now completly stock, locked bootloader. s-on and officiall ics

Evo3d runs only to the bootloader and cant load any firmware.
I checked CID with fastboot and I have got CID 0202. My orginal CID is 0032.
After attempting to set 11111111 error occurs but the CID back to 0032, when I try upload gb RUU.exe from Windows appears bootlader mistake, but when I try to upload a file PG86img.zip appears that try Main version is older than the currently .
I have no idea. How can I fix my evo3d?.

S-Off using Revolutionary won't work for your hboot version. But apparently, you can downgrade the hboot version, then be able to S-Off: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2070140
But you don't "need" S-Off to activate the call function. All you need to do is unlock the bootloader, then install CWM recovery, and flash a ROM that has the call feature activated. Here is a writeup of the process for your hboot: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881748
The only real difference between S-Off versus S-on with unlock bootloader, is that with S-On you have to flash boot.img manually using fastboot, and you can't flash radios. But you can still have root, and flash custom ROMs.

No I can't tell you. Its a judgement call, and a decision for you to make.
I personally prefer S-Off, since S-On means you have the extra step of manually flashing boot.img every time you flash a ROM, which is inconvenient. Plus, with S-Off you can flash radios.
But S-Off means downgrading hboot. Which is extra work, and not sure how foolproof of a process that is (I never had to do it, so I can't comment much on it).
Plus, it was not a choice for me. I did S-Off before HTC offered an official bootloader unlock for the Flyer.
