That's the HDMI-TV quicklaunch interface. It launches as soon as you plug in an HDMI cable to your tv for easy access to some stuff.

This is because you are using your phone on Earth, a planet with only 1 sun. Should you ever space travel and find yourself on a planet with more suns the number will increase accordingly.

You should have posted this in the device forum that it belongs to. As I have an S2 and never have seen this icon I am sure it is from an app you installed.
