im not able to dowload google maps or the binary (.cab) to my lumia800.. please help
You can't run Windows Mobile applications on a normal Windows Phone device. There are various Google Map Apps in the Marketplace. Have you tried Nokia Maps?
gMaps on the marketplace is a good Google Maps client.
EDIT: gMaps Pro is free since yesterday (don't know for how long).
Bingle Maps is also a pretty good google maps client...

Thinkfree Office? That says you can access Google Docs with it. I havent actually tried it yet
Is there any APP out there simple like Google maps but using Open Street Maps? I tried many APPs but any of them was so easy and relieable like Google maps.
OK, with my other phones, SGII for instance, I can email myself directions from Google maps and when I click on the destination link contained in the email it takes me to my Google maps app on the phone, with the SGIII it takes me to Google Maps within my browser. looked for a workaround without success...

Nokia had released its HERE maps for Android on Google play store. But after some days, they took it away. Its on iOS store, but not on Google play store.
Please someone share the apk file of Nokia HERE maps. The browser interface is very slow. That's why I'm asking for apk file.

Ive been discussing my question in google maps site forum, but they didnt find a fix.
Im running the latest google maps app and have been unistalling and reinstalling it with root access.
Even synced all the google account syncing options. even did a factory reset! Even changed my Rom! Also created a new account, tested VPN connections
Have done everything, but the commenting and rating option doesnt appear in my google maps app!
The weird thing is that I own another note 4 but the n910c model (this one is n910h) and in that phones google maps, I can add reviews and comments.
The weirdest thing is that I installed google maps GO and can add reviews in there, but want to be able to add reviews in google maps normal app.
If anyone knows a fix, I would be thankful if he/she shares it with me.
