This is the stock ICS people app. I believe it is only available in the AOKP and CM9 ROMs at the moment AFAIK.

It looks like a theme for MIUI, which is a Rom. You may want to search google with the name of your phone. You must be rooted as it is a Rom. Then I would ask to see if anyone can identify that theme.

I just got the tablet and it looks like all youtube tutorials dont work. Is there a page on where i can see when workaround will be done or when someone finds a way to install google.
