I've noticed that my phone vibrate for a short time while i write a message and stop to work (the same for games)... Fingerprint doesn't work all the time. (Bootloader unlocked + custom rom)
When i flash a Official SBF, the vibration and the fingerprint works fine!
Anybody know why?

Explain this permissions setting in CWR as I have flashed my phone to latest Olympus build and lost ability to use handset speaker, phone will go dark and unresponsive until I turn on a BT device if I place or take a call, or can use speaker function while answering and let everyone hear me on my call.
Has to be something simple, it worked prior to flash.

I have a SGS2 with problems with the screen locked.
In this mode, if i have an incoming call, i hear the sound, but the id number of the calling and the buttons to answer doesn't appears until 7seg aprox. When finally appears, i asnwer the call and not hear the interlocutor in 7seg aprx more.
Then, when i want to finish the call, i press the finish button a few times (during 7 seg aprox) until i can finish it.
In the lock screen mode, if i want to unlock it, i press the unlock button and the pattern screen appears, but it don't recognise the secuence until 7seg aprox...
I think the problem is to unlock the screen, because when the screen is unlocked, the problem not exists...
I have flashed the SGS2 to a lot of versions (2.3.3 KDD,KE2,KF1,KF2, 2.3.4 KG1, KG2, KG3...etc), wiping in every flashing, but the problem remains.
Has anybody the same problem? Can anybody help me? Please....

Weird issue. You flashed too much, finally on what firmware are you currently on?
I have the problem since i receive the SGS2.
I follow the steps like the support web of samsung says, and then i try to flash to the newest version to solve it, but doesn't works!
I have now the first flash i have, KE2, and probably tomorow i will send it to the technical service...

I have rooted my legend but i have a kind of issue. Everything works ok but once in two days, sometimes it can happen after one day after restarting the phone. When i make a call after i press "End Call", the call is finished but i get stack on the End call screen for 1 min, after that phone gets to home screen but i cant make another call. When i go to the dealer End call screen apears and stays 1 min again. If someone call me at that time phone doesent react at all. The person who is calling me says line is normal, not busy.
I have tried a lot of things but nothing. Reflash it 20 times. Wiped/formated everything, different radios, different CWMs, different builds of CM7 ROMs but in the end nothing...same problem.
I did not had this problem with the stock rom.
If there is someone who can help about this. Tnx in advance.

U r in the wrong forum so no one will help u here.
But if i was u i would try flashing another rom like sense or miui and so on.
Just remember to wipe all before flashing.

Noone so far have reported this kind of problem with CM7... i dont understand what could be wrong... ok tnx anyway i will try another rom.
I have tried other roms and the problem is still there... i guess on hardware problem but phone was ok with stock rom.

I'm not an AT&T user I'm using Orange Romania, my device is unlocked.
I tried to clear my Fingerprint sensor from Storage Clear Data... At first it worked but i couldn't make my first scan to defyine my fingerptints... I got the error with to short swipe or something like that, and afer i tried several times it stopped scanning. Now when i swipe my fingerprint it doesen't do anything. I had read all the threads and it seems like i found a solution on http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/group.php?do=discuss&group=&discussionid=1252 but i don't understand what is CWM4 and i can't find any information.
Can you tell me what is CWM4 and if i don't already have it where i could find it and what to do with it?

CWM stand for clockwork mod its what you use for custom roms etc

I've read that thread and NOOB Guide or some thread for Noob's, ment to explain somethings, but I still don't know how to enter in CWM ... and i don't know if that mod it's instaled on my phone. If i need to install please tell me how.

I believe you're going to need to root your device and unlock your bootloader before you start dealing with custom recoveries (CWM is one - it stands for ClockWorkMod recovery). Typically you enter recovery mode on an Atrix by holding volume-down while the phone turns on, and then pressing volume-up to cycle through the white text that appears on the top of the screen. The power button then enters recovery mode.
Really, you've got a bit of searching and reading to do if this is the path you're going to take to fix your device. Probably 2-4 hours if you're starting from scratch and learning as you go.
It is worth it... when you're done, not only will your FP be fixed, but you'll be able to leave that awful stock ROM for something faster, more capable, more elegant.
As i said on my first post my device works on Orange Romania, when the first owner bought it had AT&T and when i reboot in the top left corner it says UNLOCKED. The first owner said that he needed to reinstal the phone's operating system that's why i'm curios how can i check if my phone has a ROOT because i belive that it's UNLOCKED?

Install Android Terminal Emulator. Type in su and see if Super user asks to grant access .

I would suggest for this to reboot your phone and as soon as it boots up go to fingerprint scanner and set ur fingerprint. This has worked for me for quite a few times.

I had same issue. I did several reboot but not worked. Finally, I cleaned the finger print sensor with some volatile liquid (like after shave or nail polish remover) after switching off my cell phone and it worked like as before. It might be helpful for others with same difficulty.

I have an Electrify MB853 on 2.3.4 by US Cellular, rooted it, but havent yet seen anyone posting tht they have unlocked its bootloader to get CWM on it..
wanted to know the difference between bootstrap recovery and normal recovery and a list of Roms which can be flashed using bootstrap CWM
Has anyone had a problem of their phone crashing and restarting after continous 4-5 mins of using camera's flashlight which even goes quite hot.?
Also sometimes the phone crashes and restarts at "swyping to answer an incoming call" and the call log has no record of that dropped call.
All these problems on Stock 2.3.4

i have problem with my phone, after I flash ROM (i try Viper and NightMare)
my sound isn't working, phone isn't able to make any sound from speaker
I also try to make call and my microphone isn't working, I didn't get any sound even if I
use my headphones, so i make search what else isn't working and I found that when i start
camera everything is fine but when i make switch to cam recorder phone will stop it (without any err message)
somebody fix that issue with changing sound effects - didn't work for me
I don't know where is problem, do you have any suggestions?
