You can't reflash rom
Do as cool-face suggests, or you can look at wanam's Unbranded Odexed and Deodexed Stock ROM thread (which is in the Android Development section), download the version you are looking for, and extract them yourself.

what is stuck rom? never heard of it. is it here on xda? please post a link to it.
Stock rom, no you need a deodexed stock rom. Use the Wanam lite stock deodexed.
Also this should be in Q&A section.

No it will not work!
Like the guy in the post above you said, if you bothered to read, is that you need a deodexed rom.
Go to the Android development section (not original) and look for Wanam's deodexed stock ROMs. They must be deodexed! This is important.

If you want to deodex by yourself and dont want to wait till tools are updatet you have to use baksmali/smali tools directly with a batch script!

THis is going to be my debut porting of a ROM. As you all know I have been very vocal about my hate for MotoBla..I plan to port an absolute stock ICS ROM.
No AOKP or anything. Pure, barebones stock ICS for our Sexy RaZr...
But there are some questions first that need to be answered..
1. I have taken a clockwork backup of my own ROM, the 676.226.3.en.EU (For Retail EU) ICS Leak

and it has namely folders

cache.ext3.tar
data.ext3.tar
pds.ext3.tar

Now if I want to make a flashable ROM, what all do I need out of this???
The other question, I have very much the stock ICS ROM, and it has all the folders I need to replace...
But how do I go about doing this..I believe I need an META-INF folder...haven't got one. ANd an boot.img. That too is missing.
WHat shall I do??
Can I use both the META-INF folder and the boot.img file from any other ICS/GSM 4.0.4 ROM??

we don't have Kurdish on old versions and new versions of touchwiz. i translated the AOSP files now need someone do it for me.
