inverted gApps - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

now that i have the ROM down to almost perfection . (CM9 Unnoficial)
can i go ahead and flash my inverted gapps without giving me a problem ??
or is not recomended ?
P.S - i was doing it all the time on my Galaxy NOTE, just wondering if it would apply the same way to HTC EVO and etc ..
Thanks .

You could give it a shot after doing a backup in recovery first?

Which version of inverted gapps are you using? If they're based off the same build should work...

Well I'm not too familiar with builds.
I'm sure I was doing it on my GNOTE AOSP unofficial CM9. And worked beautiful,
On evo, works when I install cm9 unofficial roms.
But idk what kind of builds are on sense like roms.

[ROM] [AOKPCB] | 4JUNE | Released

Hey guys!
I have made a port of AOKPCB from HTC Inc to our X10.
What Is AOKPCB?
This project is a representation of the benefits that open source brings. Using the Android ROM source of Team AOKP, we bring you a rock-solid, feature-rich base ROM, topped off with a serving of PCB goodness that gives your device a very unique look.
Downloads
Alpha1
Installation Instructions
Copy the zip file to sd card.
Flash FXP 121 Kernel using flashtool
Boot phone, go into recovery (press back when led is purple)
Wipe data/factory, cache, dalvik cache and fix permissions. Then go into mounts/storage and format system.
Install zip from sd card.
Reboot and enjoy!
Working/Not Working
Working
Everything that works in AOKP/FXP CM9 should be working.
Network (you have to remove the simpin in any 2.3 rom before flashing this, instead you won't get a signal because the rom doesn't ask you for the pin and so the network can't be unlocked)
Data (Goto dialer and enter *#*#4636#*#*. Select Phone information. Scroll down and ensure DNS check is allowed. Select Turn off radio then on again. After that you should get a data icon and a working connection )
Deep Sleep works.
Not Working
Camera
Videolag
Hotspot
Anything else people find

Requirements

Features
AOKPCB is a rom based on AOKP. It has a heavily customised SystemUi and Framework to have an overall PCB look.
There are many options to choose from for other Ui tweaks.
File Manager & Dev Tools built-in.
Rom Control Options in settings.

Nice Buddy !
Good to See More AOKP Roms For X10 !
Would You PLZ stipulate Requirements & General features ?!
I got a stupid question: is there really a chance that you developers get the camera to work? I mean, is there tecnically the possibility or it's impossible on ics for x10?
Looks awesome. Once hotspot gets working I might give it a try.

Other themes for AOKP and CM9 ROM's do work, however on this ROM there are still remnants of the PCB style. I will try and look for a workaround for this to give way for use of other themes.

[ROM[Port!]][MIUI.us][2.9.14][Siyah]**9/16/12**

*** Please note that I will not be updating this version of MIUI anymore per your feedback (poll response). I will keep updating the MIUIAndroid and ASNET versions. thank you!***
For people not familiar with the MIUI Android version, let me tell you that it is a better version of MIUI because it does not have all the extra (unnecessary) apps, and their translation is more complete. As far as the ASNET version, it gives you more control on what you want to install + extras. This is just my opinion, I would encourage you to try both and decide for yourselves... Development of cMIUI has been stopped by the dev, once (if) development resumes I will update that rom as well.

Neither one of those links work for me. The first one freezes after I get around 138 megs. The second one takes way to long. Still waiting for the other MIUI's to get updated.
just flashed, first boot and everything seems pretty smooth, ill report back with more later, good work dev!
edit: cant wait till later, loving the multi tasking and the smoothness, very good work so far mr. mauz
only thing ive noticed is a slight delay with the home button, same thing from the AOKP double click home setting? ill look around

[DISCUSSION][ROM][P500] MIUI.us v4 ICS [2.8.17] by Zackconsole

Any questions, problems, or comments? Leave them here for others to reply! Let's keep the developmental thread clean of stuff that is not related to the development of the ROM (untested features, untested kernels, third party apps, etc; pretty much anything other than what comes stock with the rom). That's why that thread is in the development section. Now with that in mind, post away!
Keep up-to-date with the rom here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1821523
can we make thuis thread cover all 3 miui v4 2.8.3 roms in this device section?
Nope .. its better to ve separate threads.. coz all three are different.. it ll be a kinda mess:thumbdown:
So it's not exactly official? Or is it? I couldn't tell from reading the posts in the dev thread
it's an unofficial build
There will be any problem if i flash the rom with amonra 3.06 instead cwm???

To Prevent Any Confusion
MIUI Wont Support LDPI/MDPI Phone
But We From Miui.US might give this little phone official support(might be) but mostly you will get the weekly build for this device if it stable.
That all.
All Miuiv4 ROM are based on CM9/AOKP/AOSP/

Zackconsole, first of all thanks for your great ROM. It's almost stable for me, no problems except of known ones.
Just one thing i've noticed: could you check why vtb24 app(sorry, can't post the link because of posts count) isn't compatible with your ROM? It's compatible with all the ROMs i've tried(Lupo's, hep's, all MIUI ROMs) except of yours. Maybe something wrong with build.prop?
Thanks in advance.
Installed the new version. Did a full wipe, clear dalvik, cache.
Bugs i've encountered:
1. Crash when trying to enable Wi-Fi through settings.
2. Missing strings in settings(the first one leads to VPN and Tethering settings, the second one gives a crash.)
3. As mentioned in the development thread the com.android.media process crashes sometimes.
Thanks for fixing signal strength though:good:
Edit: can't get a log at the moment due to the missing Wi-Fi.

To be able to use and apply themes you have to create a folder @ /data/system/(Create New Folder)theme
Make sure it's lower case however. I think it matters.

[Request] Port of CDMA MIUI JB Rom

As you can see here, there is an nice JB MIUI Rom for CDMA with Buttered Toast Kernel inside!
Is someone able to port this to GSM?
Nearly all little Bugs are fixed, so it sounds good that this can be a nearly bugfree daily driver!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1942898
I will start trying it myself but i have no experience in Rom development or porting! So maybe someone says that its easy for him to do! Or maybe there already is a new port of 2.10.19 that i don´t know yet!
A) its not easy to simply port over a rom
B) miui has already officially started working on a jb build which can be found in the thread in general
C) THIS SHOULD BE IN Q&A
Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using Tapatalk 2
The official builds are also just ported as far as i know or build by some devs, thats the reason why i ask for that, i don´t know how many work it is to port a rom! But there has been some ports of older version, but they have some bugs which make them hard to use as daily driver!
I know that this maybe should be in Q&A but its an GSM Specific thing, thats why i asked for it here or maybe showed some GSM users how far Dev is in CDMA!
GSM dev is also Far and very very good and i really thank all the devs for thier nice work! without them i would be really unhappy with my phone!

1. As already said, official builds are out.
2. MIUI is a pain to port and by the time I get it to boot the official build will already be a daily driver.
I already have a port from Sensation miui JB but it has some bugs, i will try to port this and hope to get it working.

I flashed your ROM and my first impressions are that it's very good. I've noticed a bug though. When you change the workspace to Tablet mode the phone is stuck at the boot animation, and I've had to do a full wipe to boot it up again. Apart from that, everything is good for now, and I'll continue testing it.
EDIT: It's in tablet mode after the wipe. I guess the configuration files are in the system partition..
EDIT2: The same happens when I change to other modes as well.
