Perfect thread, just what i wanted
I was the one who stated Asphalt 6 HD working on stock froyo (hacked version)
Asphalt 6, Modern Combat 2 & Assassins Creed is working like a charm on my stock as well as CM7 ..
But,
Splinter Cell - Conviction is having issues (Game loads 100% and comes back to homescreen)
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit isnt working (showing black graphics)
Spiderman - Mayhem loads well but when the game starts all white graphics
Need help for the above.

Bro As Far As splinter cell conviction hd is concerned i have reached the last stage works awesome without a single lag or graphics problem...!!!!!
Spiderman mayhem has a graphic problem every thing looks white and blue ....
What about brother in arm and modern combat 2 i have issues with that...
And if you need conviction sd data and apk just tell me i will upload them for you ....

I completed Modern Combat 2 without a glitch or a lag its the best game I currently have on my mobile.

I am Having Graphics Problem With Modern Warfare As Everything Crashes Into White and Black Can You Provide Me Link To apk and sd data and btw Was It Hd Version or Simple Version..

Tried following 3 games on Venue:
NFS Shift HD (Has issues in the menu screen bit dark shades, but when the game starts the graphics are awesome. Might be cause I downloaded a cracked game)
GT Racing (Runs flawless, awesome game)
Heist (3D shooter - 80 MB apk, no data files needed. AWESOME game again)
All above 3 games are tested and working WITHOUT any LAG, Freeze or REBOOT issues.
Worth a try
Also tried the moded version of latest MAPS with voice navigation works fine.

Battle Bears, altough it takes a long time to load, but eventually it's running smoothly. I uninstalled it because I don't like waiting too long just to play or when changing level.

no asking for warez in XDA
Asphalt is a purchased app
With need for speed (and probably sims)
Do this:
Uninstall from market.
Connect to wifi with good signal.
Start your game, and begin downloading.
Touch the screen so that it won't go into sleep mode, or disable timeout altogether until the file is downloaded.
It should work now.

i don't know much about the games, I don't play them like I used to when i was younger lol. But I install Chainfire 3d with the Nvidia plugins and and reduce texture and overclock to 1200mhz plus fastboot the fjfalcon swap kernel and I haven't had any problems with games. Samurai being one.

My galaxy S 2 wouldn't render graphics on games like assassin's creed and HAWX. I can only see white silhouettes and the objects are all white too. I can still play the game though but the graphics sucks. Has it got anything to do with the lite'ning rom v1.5? I flashed it yesterday.
Probably designed for the Adreno/Tegra GPUs, find the chainfire 3d thread and read it to see what you can do
Thanks. Actually yesterday I bought Modern combat 2 , which is a gameloft game. But Assassin's creed and HAWX is also a Gameloft game. Does that make any difference. Pirated games might have some issue with rooted phones. Is that possible. Because my modern combat 2 does not have a similar problem. Only the two pirated ones: Assissin's Creed and HAWX.
don't buy pirated games from warez sites.help developers by buying
sounds like you are using or have a hacked version of the games. The GPU in the phone can't handle textures like tegra2 does and so they are not rendered.

hi. i have a fully-stock galaxy s 2 and i am experiencing the same problem you are with spiderman total mayhem and tom clancy conviction game. i am using software downloaded from gameloft websites. the other thing is, i played a tegra 2 game with my phone, the guerilla bob thd and it runs fine. all graphics are fine in guerilla bob. what do you think is the problem causing the 3d rendering problem??

Hi buddy you can flash back to froyo but to be true you wont be able to play most of the games in this list even in froyo and for angry bird space like games you have to get back to eclair or 2.1 Rom with has been better

Brothers in arm is good game but will lag a bit to run this game use froyo or eclair with chainfire qualcomm drivers and reduce texture if ur using froyo use oc kernel.
my conclusion if you rele want to use your phone for gaming and can live with low memory use eclair and if you want to do medium gaming then froyo is best ........................for more info about games checkout below links

ya it isnt best of rom but for our phone eclair is best if you want to do gaming as texture reproduction is best in eclair and games like angry bird space cud be played in 2.1 with very few white textures but point to be consider is that it isnt fast it is laggy and outdated and if your considering eclair for gaming remember that there aren't many games out there which supports eclair

my problem is that my memory card ( sandisk ultra 16 gb class 10 ) is not getting detected by badadroid.
so i cannot play large size games.

Nothing to do.. Dead Trigger is still crashing every time i start the first mission.
This is really strange 'cause other games like Modern Combat 2, Modern Combat 3, GTA III and GTA Vice City run "smoothly"... I'll skip Dead Trigger for now

install lbe security manager instead of lbe privacy guard (look at xda)
