This ROM is a Hybrid of Android Open Kang Project, Cyanogen Mod, and Xperia S ICS. The ROM is basicaly made by kamarush. I just modified it. The major challenge for me was to make the Sony Sound Enhancements work on the ROM. I could figure out how to do it after flashing the ROM more than 50 times on my device for testing purposes.
Other than these, I have provided some cool Xperia S apps in the ROM, to help increase productivity, and level of coolness of this ROM.
This ROM is compaitable with the Xperia Mini Pro, Xperia Mini, Xperia Active and Xperia Live With Walkman (I tested only on Xperia Mini Pro. Other device users please test and report).
Locked Bootloaders will also be able to install this ROM, along with Unlocked Bootloaders.
How to Install

0. Download the ROM (see below for link) and place it on your SD Card.
1. Boot into CWM Recovery (Locked bootloaders: Get CWM by installing nAa Recovery).
2. Go to Mounts and Storage, and select Wipe Cache, Wipe Data and Wipe System. Also, go to Advanced, and wipe Davlik-Cache
3. Go to Install zip from SD.
4. Select the Downloaded ROM zip file.
Aroma Installer will launch. Follow on-screen instructions after that.

A. Let the ROM settle for 2 hours after installation. Then you will experience the smoothness.
B. To conserve battery install app called NoFrills CPU form the Play Store and set

I/O Scheduler: noop
You will not be able to multitask heavily, but the ROM interface will remain smooth even then.

Fb no. It had been a bloat ware for me ever since I got my phone. Download Facebook app and see if what you want is there.

1. Walkman button can be fixed by yourself (change "VENDOR_1" -> "MUSIC")
2. We need wait more time

first extract downloaded rar file and keep that folder as it is and copy to sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/recovery/.
NOW
For UNLOCKED bootloaders:
1.flash your likely kernel.
2.goto CWM and wipe data and cache
3.Then "backup and restore".
4.select restore.
5.install these wifi modules if u have installed "krsh v2 or v3 or extended kernels"
For LOCKED Bootloders:
1.I Assume that u have CWM installed already!!
2.goto CWM and wipe data and cache
3.Then "backup and restore".
4.select restore.

Looks good but the size...
300+ megs is huge, even by ICS standards. You might wanna consider removing Temple Run & NFS to shrink it (most people can download it on their own anyway).
Also, I'm not entirely convinced keep all the bloatware is a good move..
Good work either way.
CWM backups also include the whole cache and data folders, that is another reason why these are so big.
Just don't hesitate by seeing the file size!! its worth of it...!!

as long as it is ICS, i'm pesimistic this rom could satisfy users by saying "it's fast". sorry this may really sound offensive, but i just wanna say the truth. i've been using ray since 2011 and been changing rom over and over. my conclusion, ICS was not meant to live for ray.
you could prove me wrong if you want to. i'll really appreciate if you start using JB as base. good luck!

i'm not a bad guy mate. so here i'm not in a position of giving poor rating or anything like that. i'm saying that ICS sucks on ray by experience, not by accident. i'm also not interested in underestimating your work. i'm just thinking that such a talented developer like you could bring a "real" fast rom, and it must be JB for sure, instead of ICS

That's a productive idea, lol!
Got bootloop on first install with CTC 2.8 kernel. Wiped everything before that. Trying again... :fingers-crossed:
EDIT1: Second install went OK. No GSM on first start, second one is ok. Playing now.
EDIT2: Location based WiFi FC's. Download internet settings fails.
PS: cleaning bloatware like there's no tomorrow, lol. Over 90 apks.

Wipe dalvik cache
Factory Reset Data
FORMAT /SYSTEM,DATA,CACHE (IMPORTANT)
Then Flash My ROM.zip
Reboot to System
Let Rom Settle Down for 15-20 Minutes then Reboot Device Again

but there is a port by pedyvirus for play and neoL..im helping him with a few fixes for play and neoL. maybe you could link the thread for the all devices on 1 post...just a suggestion.

In simple words >> Fast,Beautiful,well crafted,Superb themed
the rom does a good job functionality wise.it opens app fast and dosent have crap things,or you can choose for apps in aroma.
Some minor problems though
wifi disconnects now and then,i know its commom problem in ics roms,but can u optimise it more?
also willing to have a rom from you.which does not necessarily have all the features from sony but is great functionality wise.which eliminates good of sony but neglects laggy apps from sony.something fast stable good themed good featured and also different from other roms:good:
for now i think this rom is very good nd if anyone willing to install it just do it!!! i have shifted form UHD5.1 but i think this rom is more nice
Ram management is good!
No greenify or ram booster or anything like that installed.
also having 3-4 chat apps.still every app opens quickly.
will update this post after like 10-20 days if it changes.for nw (2 days) it works very good

allianz kernel v1.5 (full version, cause u have more ram like 20 mb cause of patches from fxp) battery is draining a little bit faster than normal ut its okay

wifi not working.. any solution?
If your kernel is having built in WiFi modules like lupus, then in WiFi hang state, you just need two three reboots

I dont remember but have u flashed the wifi modules ? Its very long ago since i used my neo, i have a xperia P now,, there must be wifi modules other look on other kern threads and fladh wifi modules, (done.that once and it works )
EDIT: go to system/etc/wifi or system/lib and delete modules folder then.reflash the kernel,it autoinstalls the modules.
I dont really remember where it is located u have to look sry

Please upload the files to some other file hosting website, say mediafire, or dev host.
Please do not try to use this if you do not have a Xperia Mini/St15
Restoring the backup on any other device will result in serious problems,
I bricked my Mini's touch from a Nandroid Backup Of mini pro.

Lock screen which you have posted is the actual lock screen or just a 3rd party app which appears as xperia lock screen...???

And please update the link for lock screen... The sever does not respond.
And don't upload Nandroid backups. They might contain some of your personal data plus they are huge in size.

thanks. yeah sound enhancement was not campatible wih walkman and reduce sound very much , so i removed it for louder sound
i think that's not very important any way you can search for it on forums
