You gave him link for ICS, he's asking for GB
it is really very easy to root
if u update to ics 4.0.4 ,using doomlords rooting toolkit it is very easy to root ur phone without unlocking bootloader ...if updating to 4.0.4 is ok with you..

(if you are on ics 4.0.4,then flash ics 4.0.3 kernel root it and flash back ics 4.0.4 kernel)
are you on stock GB or Stock ICS ?

Then just flash or hotboot kernel with cwm, boot into cwm and flash superuser.zip , google for zip or go to my thread in general section, on how to root 4.0.4.

Yes cause you can't root ics for mini pro. You have to downgrade and then root downgraded firmware, use local-prop and then upgrade to ics without wiping data, then run push-root-files and you should have rooted ics!

I have a neo V under GB 2.3.4 build .62 with looked bootloader and non rooted
Now I want to install a new rom for the first time and it's PA JB Hybrid
I saw the instructions but i think it's very hard for a noob like me, I wish someone tell me step by step how to install the rom please and CWM
Also I have some questions :
After installing CWM there is any risk to brick my phone ? (really any risk?)
Is Hdmi is working on this rom ?
Is camera is working on this rom ?
is it smooth for games ?

first, you must UNLOCK Bootloader your phone.
You can use official metode or test point metode.
(search both metode in forum)
after that, your phone is ready for Custom ROM.

To flash a kernel u must use flashtool..

yes u can relock it..but u wont get back track id..music like etc..(DRM stuff) but if u unlock via testpoint, then u can have these..

i have unlocked my bootloader by official method to install cm 10
and now i want to root my device but i try every available method like doomloard, unlockroot and others but unfortunately all of them fail
my question now is
how to install jelly bean at this situation?

If you've unlocked your bootloader, just flash a custom kernel. They are already rooted and has CWM recovery.
Have you tried flashing another kernel with fastboot?

Which version of doomlord's rooting kit did you download?I remember having the same problem until i used a different version and it was rooted perfectly.You should check this, as well as this.

In the first step for downgrading to GB 2.3 , 3 versions like .42 , .58 and .62.. are mentioned.. are those build versions.??? my fone's build version is 4.1.B.0.587.. how to find if my fone is .42 or .58 or .62.. pls help.. thank you..

if u just want to root , your phone, use this:

its simple, one click & no downgrade need. (u can root your ics with this) and to answer your questions yes theses are (ROM) build numbers, has nothing to do with ur phone itself. bigger number means newer. yr phones build version is .587
Thank u so much for ur concern buddy.. but actually i wanted to flash a custom rom.. so i followed the instructions in this link.. forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1993703 ... i have did till unlocking the bootloader.. now i need to flash a recovery... i came to know that for this model the recovery comes integrated with the kernel.. i haven't come across anything like an integrated "kernel+recovery"... so am quite confused to make any next move.. please make me clear on this.. thanks in advance..

Check the development forum for any kernel you like and choose one of all these kernels. Of course it has to be compatible with your android version
And all kernels come with an integrated recovery, so just try one
