tried with reflash partition (pit) should help it boot again, or go into recovery mode and wipe factory/data

bootloop happens when the Rom corrupts during installation or installing any other application. or some people using ROM Manager . Never use ROM Manager you will loose the cwm. Download any ROM which supports Odin. flash it you should be fine. Then you can switch back to your favorite ROM. this is a good rom you can flash via odin.

PS : if you don't like to flash ROM just flash CWM via Odin which should give you access to CWM. you can restore you backup ROM if you have one or have any other ROM in your phone memory.

I was facing the same problem some days ago, but after surfing this forum, I realised that if you have Kies running in the background, Odin will behave oddly and will not flash the firmware by going into a bootloader loop.
I suggest that you re-install the drivers again and make sure that Kies is not running in the background when you are flashing through Odin (just fire up your Task Manager in Windows and terminate the Kies process).
Hope this helps you...

[Q] UK Galaxy s2 stuck at splash screen

Hi there,
I had Cyanogenmod 7 installed on my unbranded Galaxy S2 up until yesterday where I got stuck in a never ending (or at least >30mins) bootloop on the Cyanogenmod splash screen.
Not having access to the internet at that point, I tried a few things including flashing a different kernel onto it using Odin, complete reset, and now it's stuck on the Galaxy S II splash screen.
It is still recognised when I connect it via USB, and can access the download mode and Android system recovery, but to be honest I have no idea how to proceed from here.
Have I bricked it?!
Thanks for any help.
Try flashing original Samsung stock firmware,I had this issue yesterday and only stock firmware resolved my problem.

Which firmware did you use? XXKI4 isn't working for me.
....................................
Clean Slate for those that balls up the firmware .Or need to return to service or decide if its hardware/firmware problem .
Backup data first if phone is working .
Boot CWM recovery
Mounts and Storage
Format cache data system sd card .
Remove battery
Boot to download mode
Open Odin
Install correct stock firmware .

I get the stock recovery mode when I boot. I have flashed the two kernels I had saved on my laptop (the insecure and stock ones I used when rooting) through Odin and still get stuck at the Galaxy S II Boot screen...

You require a root and CWM install to use Clockwork Recovery .
Root + CWM .

[Q] Am I facing a brick? (can't read sdcard in CWM)

Hi experts, I need your urgent help, I've been dragging this today with no solution.
First my s3 showed a "cannot read sdcard" when I tried to flash the Temasek v.22 update. The phone was trapped in a loop and I at least I could enter recovery.
I though it was a recovery problem and I flashed a new recovery (6.0.1.9.) via ODIN. The result was the phone stucked in the "Samsung Galaxy s III" logo and I cannot even access to the CWM.
The last thing I've tried was flashing a Stock ROM via Odin but it did fail. The only menu I can enter now is the Download Mode.
Does anybody know if I'm bricked or what I should do to solve it?
Thanks
i suggest installing stock rom via odin, flash recovery and than install rom.
Im afraid your hp might be bricked.
Ok lets do some checks.
Go to download mode and see whether the brand name '' i9300'' is there.. If yes, there is hope...

I was able to use the Emergency firmware recovery in Samsung Kies when the same thing happened to me by going into the the Download Mode and plugging my phone in with Kies on.
However, that only worked once out ff the 3 times i had boot problems due to errors when flashing.
What worked every time is flashing stock firmware using Odin. Here is a link to the stock firmware collection -

Read the stickies in general forum, try the solutions in the thread you resurrected, plenty of options instead of just asking for a solution.
any fix was found for this.. tried the one that said to remove power butto and it did not work. could boot into recovery and stay there do not shut down or for odin mode.

[Q] please help phone won't trun on

I have a rooted galaxy s2, I was on a custom rom and decided to restore the stock one. then I flashed siya kernel because it was shutting down randomly. then I opened superSU app after it updated automatically on the market. it asked to update (and something about binary) choosing normal update or using cmw or twrp if oono a custom rom. I chose the cmw or twrp by accident and said that if the phone didn't reboot into rrecovery I have to do it manually
the phone **** down and when I try to turn it on it doesn't. the GALAXY S2 logo shows up then it turns black . I also tried to boot it into recovery and it didn't work either. so what's the problem and how can I fix it
Download mode work? Flash stock with odin
Or flash siyah in odin then boot to recovery and do a factory reset

odin can't recognize the phone
even though I installed the usb drivers and kies
I guess it's because I can't enable usb debugging since the phone doesn't turn on
any other idea?
Check out @Hopper8 thread for odin trouble
No need for usb debugging for an Odin flash. As andrewwright said, click the link in my signature and follow the troubleshooting steps.

[Q] Stuck on boot logo - GALAXY Pocket Neo GT-S5310 - Can't access recovery mode

Hi
I have a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo GT-S5310...
The sad thing is that, a while ago it stopped working and now it's stuck on the boot screen (Samsung GALAXY POCKET Neo GT-S5310)
I have tried to perform a factory reset through the built-in recovery mode (volume up + home + power), but unfortunately, I couldn't access the recovery mode and the phone goes directly to the boot screen.
And since the only thing I could do was accessing the Download Mode, so I tried to recover it by installing an official firmware with Odin3_v3.07... but it didn't solve the problem...
So what would you guys suggest?
can't delete this reply... could an admin please do it?

actually the only way would be flashing the bootloader, unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere... the official firmware (from sammobile or samsung-updates) does not contain the bootloader flash...

Cant boot to recovery
Hi sorry for the thread revival but I have run out of ideas. Same problem as OP. Odin flash is successful but stuck on samsung logo when trying to boot to recovery.
S5310i 4.4.2
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Anyone found a solution to this?
When you use Odin to flash, when it has finished, it always boot to recovery, there you have to wipe data and cache, then it works properly!

After flashing recovery with odin I am still stuck at the S5310 Neo splash screen unable to boot into recovery. Has this maybe got something to do with a conflict between android versions? As the S3510i comes with 4.4.2 stock, not 4.1.2.

Thanks for your help. Could you please explain more about this? Where would I find the pit file to flash? Do I tick re-partition in odin? Never flashed pit before. worried about bricking the device.
I am struggling to find the PIT file for my specific device (S5310i). its only on a handful of websites asking for paid subscriptions. Could anybody possible direct me to where I can find:
CORSICAVE3G_EUR_OPEN. Pit
I have downloaded the corsicass.pit and S5310_corsicass.pit but am not sure if this will work on any S5310 variant?
