I know this it out there somewhere, but I can't find it for the life of me. I am looking for the on screen keyboard that was made (I believe by XDA developers) that was custom made according to which type of screen you had. I had it, loved it, had to flash and now can't find it again. I am posting this here instead of the General Forum because I also cannot remember which one was the correct one to use for the Titan. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

i tried this one and the screen taps would not do a thing, it lasted about three tries b4 getting deleated. i may have grabbed wrong cab, but oh well, slideout keyboard is still and will always be best option
I would like to ask if there are any custom ROMs around for the HTC HD2 with only just Sense and Windows Mobile 6.5.3/6.5.5 and no other customisations/additional tweaks/programs? If yes, where? If no, could some cookers kindly make one for us as it allows for more customization on our part. Thank you. Sorry I may sound a little noob as its my first time on a HD2.

In the 3 days between your first and second post in this thread, did you do any reading in the HD2 ROM Development forum? I just checked and the first ROM thread I clicked on had exactly what you wanted.
A ROM with sense is not bare - I would like a ROM without any HTC stuff, so I could use all stuff of my own.
However, I guess that's not possible, because it will miss eg. camera software and all sorts of hardware dependent drivers/programs.

But still 'it' can be seen everywhere, like the volume bubble and menu

Has anybody found out how to root HTC Flyer? I just wanted to make some battery mods in UOT kitchen...
It appears no one knows of any rooting, or if any devs are working on this yet.
The day rooting is achieved for the flyer will be a good day for all htc flyer owners.
Not sure if this is an extremely popular device with a lot of dev followers. Plus I am sure this device is locked down like the other recent HTC devices.

HTC announced that they may are revisting their lockdown policy. There may be hope...
I read a rumor somewhere last night that HTC will be switching to the policy a Samsung, wich will be helpen us flashing whatever we want!

has anyone tried the GingerBreak app posted on XDA?

The gingerbreak apk says it won't work if you have s on but I will glady donate to the dev that figures out how to root the flyer

i did look at those and i also did download them but when i try using them i get error 264 (connection) which i question cause my phone states its conntected to a usb anybody have a clue about this??

I am sorry but i am brand new to this website. What does "PM" mean"? I know this is a dumb question probably for you but i seriously don't know. I have a Titan 2 that i brought off the street from someone on Craigslist. But i didn't know the phone was a demo phone. I am trying read over these threats but i lack to the technology usager skills to carry it out.

Hey blacktiger863,
No worries we were all new once, (but you will have to start searching the forums before asking simple questions, because members, (not excluding myself either), will blast you for that, because it's seen as laziness, (and wasting other members time), and if you think about it, that is exactly what it is).
PM - It just means, "private message", which means the convo is only between you, and the person you PM; it doesn't actually show up in any thread, or anything. If you look @ the top of your screen, and to the right of your name, you will see the, "private message", link. Just click on it, and away you go; it will also show you if you have any unread PM's without having to go into the PM screen. The easiest way to think about it is, "email for message boards", minus some features/permissions/rights/etc., just like the boards, (features/permissions/rights/etc. come with time, good behavior, lol, helpfulness, and post #'s)
Like I said, if you don't want to get blasted on the boards I suggest you read up on the rules, and what not, (till your eyes bleed, lol), and make sure the search feature becomes your best friend, (here are some links to start).

Hello I hope you can help me ,Unfortunately i did not do a back up ,so every time i try to do a hard reset it keeps going back to 7.8 . 7.8 is nice but some features don't work any more . can you help or suggest anything would help me would be appreciated . I also have a htc hd7 stock is there a stock rom i might be able to load on my htc titan 2 ?

I bought a HTC Demo Unit which is running Demo software. I tried my best to get rid of the demo software but did not find a way out. I tried HARD reset(Factory reset) too but no use. I red that a Custom ROM flashing would remove the demo. May I reqyest you to have this ROM to flash on the demo Demo Unit. Please let me know the steps too as I am not a tech guy. With the forums changing formats for the main page I can't seem to find an easy way to do something that was very easy before. That was when being able to go to the latest post in a particular forum by just clicking the date that the last post was created (today, yesterday... etc) on the main page for the forum. Now when you click on the topic you go to the first page of the topic and have to click again to go to the last page. Anybody have any solutions for this? Its not that bad but its a little annoying.

I am hoping its a glitch in the coding. Not a new look. its horrid.

I haven't been on lately because I've been really busy. I do hope they switch back because I'll be on even less if the layout stays like this.
The other one was so much better. And it doesn't make sense that the sub-genre forums still have the old look, even though the root forum doesn't.
Found out the person in charge of those working on the changes to the forum if you would like to message him about the changes from our Forum Admin. His name is @svetius .

Haven't sent him a pm yet. Just found out this morning. Will probably send one sometime this afternoon. Figured I would post his name if anybody else wanted to send him anything about the new look as well.

Thanks for your response. Can you give us an Idea of some of the Changes that are coming up so we can get an idea of what changes to expect. Also is there any way for us to change the layout to something else for those that don't like the new look? I was also wondering why the look is changing in the first place? in my opinion there was nothing wrong with the old look.
Maybe this will be helpful to some. You can locate this at the bottom of the website. I still personally like the 2013 layout lol.

While I agree with the issue pointed out in the OP, I do like many things about the new look. For example, the way recent thread activity is displayed under each section. It would be nice to just click and get taken to the latest unread (or just latest) post in the thread.

Yup, can use another template! All of our old template are available, even XDA Classic! :laugh:

Welcome to the HAM2 forum, fellow HAMster ....
First search to make sure there's not an existing thread that your question would fit into or an answer already exists.
Next, find the relevant section, such as http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-mate2/general where you want to create a new thread, and use the "New Thread" button if appropriate, to start a new thread with your question.
Anyone experiencing issues with xda premium and tapatalk? Mentioned names don't appear and cannot quote others. Server related maybe, @svetius?
In one picture I highlighted one of my posts where at the beginning of the sentence I mentioned another xda member. On the apps its blank left with a comma. In the other picture is me trying to quote someone but as you see, its blank.
