Glad you're liking it. I'm thoroughly impressed with this phone. I had reservations at first, but this thing has completely won me over.

Me too just can't wait for games like Spiderman and Max Payne to be compatable hopefully sooner than later

Congrats! You will love the phone. Great radios, nice res, faster updates then sammy.what's not to love? so what if there isn't alot of dev support...phone doesn't really need it.it's awesome out of the box and needs minor tweaking. Enjoy!

While I wait for the phone to arrive, what's everyone experiencing from Sprint 3G and 4G lately? I was with them for a month in February with the original Epic 4G and it was nothing compared to what I got with T-Mobile. (Hence why I came back, lol.) Now a free phone and true unlimited data sounds good though.

Congrats you'll love the phone, it's pretty legit. I like it way better than my Evo. As for the speeds, I guess they're not "as fast" but I never have any issues with them. Works fine for me.
So I have been playing with the phone today and wow. I'm very impressed. I kinda love it, lol.

PlayStation Certification?!

You guys think the Amaze will get some love from Sony?
It does say HTC phones. So i guess your guess is just as good as mines.
That would be pretty cool. I mean I don't use my phone much for gaming, but there are those ultimate boredom days at work, lol!

Today is def one of them...playing Modern Combat 3 right now. If anyone's wondering how it is, it's AWESOME.
sounds interesting. i can already play with emulators, though i wonder if a "official" client would be quicker. final fantasy=no work

Ordering my note today...

Since my experience with my infuse was so horrible and I mean horrible (replaced 5 times) they are allowing me to upgrade my second line early so I figured I'd spend it on the Gnote, my primary line is up next January so I figured the note will hold me over for 11 months. How good is it? I've played with one briefly the other day and really liked it.

Its great so far , get it. You have 30 days to play with it just in case.
I'd like to think the abundance of positive threads in this forum attest to what a wonderful device it really is. I am absolutely in love with this phone, and haven't felt this way since the first time I played with an iPhone back in 2009.
Best device I've ever owned. No complaints at all

Good to hear...I just hope I doesn't look like I'm smuggleing Mac and cheese when I'm tooting this bad boy in my pocket.

You won't be sorry! I came from an iPhone 4S and I'm not sure the camera is quite as good but its still excellent. And the rest of the phone is far better! I'm in love with the screen and I'm just beginning to get the hang of editing pictures with the S-Pen. It's an awesome phone! I ordered two extra batteries and a wall charger from Amazon to go with it so that I'm never stuck to a wall.
I came from an lg nitro HD and this phone is awesome.I smile every time I pull it out of my pocket. And something really cool that I just noticed is that Swype rocks with the s-pen.

I really like my note alot, perfect size IMO. I have no problem going from my ipad2 to my note but using my note then picking up my Atrix or iphone4 and they look tiny!

Asphalt 6 is finally in the app store

Gameloft finally updated Assault 6 and is now in the app store.Runs beautifully and is only .99cents right now. Blows away my iPhone4 version.

Didn't this come out last year? It was stock on the T-989 SGSII when I bought it.
Hmmm, doesn't run very well for me on ICS. Has a pretty bad graphical problem across the top of the screen and the graphics overall look poor, definitely not HD.

Yes I believe the game is a year old, but was not showing up in the app store for the Galaxy note At&t version till this week. I have only had mine note two weeks as of today and It popped up in there yesterday all of the sudden. I had searched daily for the game and all that would come up is Ashalt 5 until yesterday. I believe Gameloft is still converting games over . Modern day 2 black pegusus popped up too that wasn't there. I am still waiting for Shrek Kart too it is a fun game too.

I am still running Ginger Bread. Hopefully when the full ICS with Premium Suite comes out it will still look as gorgeus as it does now on mine. It blows away my Iphone 4 retina display version in graphics and frame rate. Total HD. Also noticed Virtual pool looks a ton better on the Note than on the iphone 4 too. Heck everything looks and plays better.
I bought the yesterday and it runs great on ICS alpha 2 for me. Definitely a fun racer, and for a buck u can't beat it.
edit: i do actually see that weird graphical glitch at the top, maybe 50 pixels, but its only in the settings menu and goes away during game play.

I bought one too! I had this one from my Touchpad (webos) ...
I love it with my note. Although I feel like some of the graphics are kinda blurred but still 9/10 I would say.

Consider Sony Xperia Z as backup?

Just like everyone else here I am absolutely loving my note. Hands down the best phone I've had yet. But I was wondering if anyone is curious about the Xperia Z. Watched a few videos, visited the site and just went through the specs. It might not be all around as great as the note 2, but its going to be a close competitor. With the 13 mp camera I am positive I'll be using my upgrade in October to get one, assuming Verizon offers it.

I've been looking at it to, it's a sweet looking device! The only thing (as usual) is the less than steller battery compared to the Note 2.
I won't be looking for a while. I am extremely happy with the note 2. Last device I will be getting for maybe even two years

Well I will probably still mostly use my note 2, but I have an upgrade in August. Why not at least use it, try the phone, and if I don't like it i will sell and profit.

The only phone I would even consider changing from my note 2 . I absolutely love mine. Would be the note 3.

No not really, its a sweet lookin phone but the Note 2 is a beast. Also I thought it wasn't coming to Verizon? And I'm hoping the Moto X kills every phone when it finally hits, rumored to be sold on the play store with a low non contract price, killer specs and to be the first real Moto/Google phone since Google bought them and unlockable. I believe this will be my next phone.
