I have already change toggle icon is notification bar. But I can't change enabled , disabled image. This icon is blue but activation image is green

Try bettercut, that will do. You can make shortcuts with it and change icons at the end...

That icon has to do with the orientation sensor.
Does an outgoing call icon show over there too when you call?(usually a pic of a phone) If not maybe some icons were misnamed in the theme?

how to i change quick settings visual like the picture given below!! i like the tile transparency but didn't like the background of it!! using gravity box i can only use a overley bt the colorful background is still visible... so i want to change it with sum other image!!
