I had the same problem some time ago, It happened especially with the satellite map, my fix for it was to delete the map cache and then clearing the app cache
I have no problems since, hope it works for you too

yup experienced this also on stock no roms no root international, it was when i cleared the app cache to remove the search list from maps, but after i deleted the map cache and cleared the app cache again i didn't experience it anymore.

Delete the map cache? Do you mean clear data?

Delete any maps that you have cached from the maps settings .

Question then is
Is the trouble with existing maps on your phone or is it the download process of maps .

[Q] Market says no devices

All of a sudden on market.android.com it says I have no devices. Can't figure out why. I have tried clearing data from market app and signing out and back in on the browser site and nada. Anyone ever have this happen?
Try clearing the google services framework data as well. It's also inmanage applications. Reboot after clearing it.
Fingers crossed

Cleared cache and dalvik cache and siged into market on phone and all works fine. Just market.android.com doesn't work. Oh well really as long as I can download from phone it's not a HUGE deal. Just a slight annoyance.

No go on that either. No worries reading google help pages they are clueless and it seems to be semi-common. Maybe it will clear away in a day or two.
Go figure! It was my ROM! I've been using it for a while with no issues and now no dice. Reloaded a backup of a different ROM and it works fine now.

[Q] Weird Problem with Google Play

Hey guys, I hope you can help me... I have a really weird problem....
When I try to download an App through Google Play, it stays in "Downloading" but nothing happens, it just stays there "downloading" for ever. The % bar doesn't even appear. The thing is that this only happens when I'm using Mobile Data... when I use Wi-Fi it downloads without a problem.
- I've tried Cleaning cache and data from Google Play but it doesn't fix it.
- I've tried different Roms (full wipe), and I have the same problem.
- Everything works fine... Mail, Browser, Facebook, Twitter, etc, so I thing it's NOT a Mobile Data problem.
- I'm using Hydrogen's latest ICS
I'm desperate, so any help would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
You are using an ICS ROM? The use search function, if you are on gingerbread try to wipe cache and dalvik cache this solved it for me.

What do you mean by "use the search function"?
I tried searching apps in Google Play and everything works fine until it starts downloading, then I get the same problem
This happens sometimes to me too i just restart the download or restart the phone it usually fixes this

I know what it is it actually has nothing to do with root because it was happening to me before i rooted and its a derp on samsungs part....... Basically if u go to settings then accounts and sync go into your google account and uncheck "sync internet" this was the culprit for me and a few other people only thing is your bookmarks wont be synced but if u are using another browser u should be good or just manually put them in there......give thanx if i have helped!

Hmm..
1.Did you run any history-memory cleaner? Some days ago after running Clean Master with playstore history checked,I encoutered download error too so I wiped dalvik and cache and everything was back to normal.
2.Do you have any firewall that blocks downloading?
3.Or any other setting that prevents donwloading apps when your connection is via 3G?
4.Are you sure that this is not a bug of your rom?Check its forum.
5.What is your error description?
I am having the same problem... Shows the start page for the TOS and then jumps to either google search webpage or a web page showing the TOS. No option to agree to anything or install the app again. You can click on the play store but it just goes to the website and not the actual app. What the heck is going on?
Mine too now I can't even find the app even if I download an apk version help

I once had similar issue, I could not download apps from Google Play.
I fixed it by removing all Google accounts and then reboot and signin again.
Not sure if it's same issue but try it.
Got it I had to reset apps first. I'm a noob and had disabled it trying to fix it. After that removing and rebooting. Then resigning in worked great

Google Maps Gps Issues

So I have a Sprint Note 3, Stock, Latest OTA, Non Rooted. Problem is, maps will force close continuously while in navigation mode. GPS seems to work fine on locating me on the maps side and in other apps that use gps in some form or another. Ive also cleared cache, un installed, reboot and re installed the updates and that makes no change.
Any help would be amazing.
How did u uninstall the app if you're not rooted? . This is a system app that can not be removed. Not sure why you are having g force closing issues as mine works just fine. . Have you tried clearing data instead of just cache?

I dont wanna hafta root that phone as the user that has it might end up breaking something.
I thought about a hard reset.
This did not correct the problem. Nor did the hard reset. Could it be a problem with the actual phone?
