For example i want too add "file browser" in my custom ROM Start Screen ..

For some several days i was wondering if i can change my bootanimation and customize various icons on my app drawer. I searched out the forum and did download two software name BootAnimationCreator and BootAnimationFactory. Did also downloaded a custom animation from ICS THEME thread. My device is rooted and am using a custom kernel.My Questions are..
# How do i load the animations on my device ( Xperia S) ? What tools do i need on PC and over my Device to make it work?
# How can i change icons? I can only change the icons on homescreen with GO LAUNCHER. But what should i do to change the icons inside the app drawer?
I'll be very great full if somebody can help me out on this =)~
My android phone do not support Local Language in built in brower.
It shows some type of blocks..
And I want to know is there any browser which included font customization function. .
Or is there easiest way to change the browser's default font to custom font.

iv built my own rom for the ville, and im trying to change the default theme from boot so it a bit more my own style, iv tryed changing the file at /system/media/theme/default.mtz to the theme i want it to be, but it still boots the basic theme. anyone know the method to change this ?
also how would i change the default wallpaper too ?
