Problems Receiving Phone Calls - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

I've been having a problem receiving phone calls the past few weeks. When someone calls me, they hear a few rings, then they can hear their own echo. On my end, if I answer quickly, I hear nothing. If I don't answer quickly enough, my phone rings only a couple of times before saying that I missed the call. I can turn around and call the person back and it works just fine.
Other times, the incoming calls work just fine (multiple [>2] rings, audio both ways).
I haven't noticed any patterns.
I've tried HFA a few times along with ##786# and the issue keeps coming back. I **think** this started happening after Error 19 after LazaPanda.
Is this a handset issue, account issue, network issue (maybe NV) or something completely different?
Thanks

Problems receiveing calls

Several times when I have received a phone call, I try to answer it, and the ringing stops, and the caller is sent to voicemail.
I don't think I'm doing it wrong, slide down bar to answer call etc. A friend said it was ringing at his end for about 40 seconds, but i only heard it for about 5?! There have been times where I see my phone light up as a call is coming in, but it doesn't ring, and I can't answer the call. I'm expecting some important calls, and don't want to not answer them.
Could it be that the processor is being overwhelmed, and not allowing me to answer/phone not ring. Or is it a fault with the phone, or me?!
1) I have had similar problems.
2) If you do hear or see it ringing, swiping down on the lower 1/4 of the screen seems to work for me. That is, if I swipe down like I normally do to unlock the screen, it won't answer the call. If I swipe down only on the bottom portion of the screen it works ok.
similar problem here. I wonder if you swipe too big, does it pull the lock screen down, and bump the ignore/send to vmail button somehow. not sure why, but its happening to me and it sucks! missed the last 3 calls today bc of it. makes it hard to run a business thats for sure!
I use a phone service that diverts calls simultaneously to my landline and mobile and my landline often gets 2 or 3 rings in before the Hero's trackball starts to flash (although once yesterday they did both manage to ring at nearly the same time). Some of the delay is the mobile network finding the phone, but the phone does seem to take a long time to respond to the incoming call.
One option is to extend the length of time before calls are diverted to voicemail. At http://www.cellular.co.za/gsm_hash_code.htm is a list of GSM Network Codes, which includes, towards the bottom, one for extending the period before calls go to voicemail. It looks like the maximum is 30 seconds. I don't know if there is an equivalent for non-GSM networks.

[Q] Message 8 switch 391 error on outgoing calls?

On 6/2 I got my new evolte, along with adding a line for my girlfriend who also got one. We were both having issues with them so on 6/9 we both exchanged them for new ones. The only issue that carried over is we are both having problems making calls, and possibly receiving calls although we aren't sure because we're not positive our voicemail is setup. The main problem is with outgoing calls I tend to get an error stating I must enter an area code when dialing this number, error message 8 switch 391. I get this 9 out of 10 times when I try to call her (it sometimes goes through) and every time I try to call my voicemail to set it up. She's only had this issue once or twice when trying to call me, but we're not sure that she's receiving calls every time. I've been with Spring for 10 years and coming from an OG Evo, I've never had these issues. I've already called customer service about not being able to receive calls and they weren't all that helpful. Has anyone else had this issue?

[Q] Incoming calls not coming in.

Had this ongoing problem for about 3 weeks. Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar. People call me and after 4 rings get my voicemail. My phone never rings, never vibrates, shows no indication of an incoming phone call, even though if I look it at it I see 5 towers and 4G/LTE. Sometimes if I make an outbound call after that I can receive a call or two but eventually it'll again go into this strange "you don't need to talk to anyone mode". If people leave a voicemail I get immediate notification and TXTs and emails continue to come in. I have to restart the entire phone and this only fixes the issue temporarily. I never installed any alternative dialers or anything that might cause this.
Device: Motorola Droid Razr XT912
Firmware: 4.1.2. Please help me to fix this problem.

Continuous beeping in calls Ace 4 Lite G313ML

Hi,
My wife and mom both have new Galaxy Ace 4 Lite G313ML's; they're both new and unlocked. Most of the time when they make calls, the recipient hears repetitive beeping continuously when they're not talking. Sometimes after about a minute of being in the call, it stops. I think that after it stops, if they make a call again soon after, it is still gone. Both of them are on Straight Talk (on AT&T's network).
The beeping is not every few seconds or every minute; it occurs continuously while they're not talking (but it's still individual beeps, not a continuous tone).
I tried disabling various things that could be related to notifications or anything network-related, but I wasn't able to get rid of it. I thought that turning off Wi-Fi made a difference at first, but since then it has continued to happen with Wi-Fi off.
Has anyone experienced this problem before, or does anyone have any suggestions for was to fix or work around it?
Thanks!

Question Inbound calls not working, outbound calls slow....

Has anybody else seen issues with calls. Almost all inbound calls go directly to voice mail. Outbound calls take 5+ seconds before they start ringing.
Unrooted, unmodded. Tmobile. Running Android 13.
driving me insane. called tmobile and they weren't able to help. are their any known bugs causing this? any suggestions?
i've played with just about every setting that i can think off short of doing a factory reset
thanks
I have been having the same issues, I'm at&t but I thought it was just my iPhone until I switch to the pixel 6 recently and I'm still not even a missed call notification for some calls, which actually included my wife. Sends her call straight to voicemail. Its really bothering.
