I have xperia neo v running ICS, every time i run droidvpn my phone reboots. unlike before when i'm on GB running smooth. any suggestion for my problem?
i didnt find its solution please help me experts

Hey, the reboots are probably caused by an incompatible tun.ko file. I think every kernel has a different one, try deleting the old one and download a new one.

Unfortunately, theres is no fix for that.. I tried everything, i search also but i can't
Find the solution...lets just wait for that..
if u want droidvpn work well on ics..use nightelf kernel v1.4 full
see a green icon

Have you tried using a tun.ko file compatible with your kernel? Droidvpn makes your phone restart when you use an incompatible tun.ko. You might be using an incompatible one.

if u dont want to change kernel..download tun installer from play store n let it search & download tun module for u......ur phone must be root
if tun module not available,i suggest u change kernel to alliance kernel v1.4 for ics ...tun module already added

Hello
I have a WT19i Live with Walkman which is rooted and supercharged. Its running Real ICS 6 and KRSH kernel.
The ROM is wonderful...but the only drawback is that the games run too slow and stutter a lot.
Games like Subway Surfer and Temple run
earlier i thought it was maybe the games are on my SD card...but moving them to the phones internal memory didn't make a difference.
Is it because the phone is not capable enough( which i Really doubt)...or there is some problem with it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
PS tried searching for similar threads...couldn't find one
May be the supercharger script is not working properly thus causing problem..try to re add it again from the begining.you can also try to update your GPU driver from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=32867696#post32867696 make a backup before doing anything

the supercharger script runs fine...it says 100% supercharged whenever i run the script...
about the GPU drivers...i'm trying them out

EDIT: WOW!! thanks....that seemed to work pretty well...now would try more games and would tell you the results...THANKS A TON!

Bro, krsh kernel is nt gud with RealICS so try different kernel, use kernel panic its best for gaming!

These gpu files will work on any ics rom not sure about all jb rom..but u can always try. also u can search for latest jb adreno libs

If nt recommended, its not a prob at all, u can use any ICS kernel with any ICS ROM, using other kernel is never a problem at all.:thumbup:

If you want to play, use Gingerbread and not ICS. ICS is not good for gaming, GB has a lot better performance.

any solution to this . i previously have try and search many method posted here but still my touch screen gone. i manage to get this problem when trying to update to xperia ultimate hd 2.0.3 ... and mybe cause of wrong kernel or wrong rom installed in my device make the touch screen gone . hope u all can help me . tq in advance

Same thing happened to me like 2weeks ago lol I forgot to choose device..... But don't worry I have a solution... What I did was I flashed the rom again with the device that made my touchscreen stop working... Then without wiping system I re flashed the rom again but thus time with llw.... I didn't think it would work at first as I was only playing around... But luckily once the device booted the touch started working

I have unlocked bootloader of my device,and tried flashing many roms.
But there is a issue when i flash certain roms along with kernels.
Eg-tigris kernel with stock rom.
If i didnt use my mobile for nearly 5or 6 hours,at the time i use it,it is very laggy.
I mean when i woke up i can even unlock the lockscreen properly and cant type msg..
Please give me a solution.

Because the device goes into deep sleep. And you can overclock, if you want.
Btw, use Greenify... You can get it from the play store and kill unwanted apps to run in the background. Hope that works.

well i dont get that lag even without restarting device, whether im on ICS or GB,, (GB is surely faster on my mt25i) we both seem to have similar device, that link would help you, but be careful though
why not try clearing caches? have yout tried? or maybe you use too many applications that runs in background for example, a couple of messengers?

In this week I have tried nearly 6 roms..
*Play GB roms with Lupus Kernel
*currently - Xplay LITE ICS with Vengeance( Flashed 8 hours ago,installed no application,but when I tried to unlock the lock screen aftr 7 hours,result was same..very laggy. Wiped caches,data,sys etc .. )
With Stock rom there is no problem..even with MIUI + Turbo Kernel no issue was found and Roms like FXP,CM have no issue..
:'( please help me to sort this out..
Try flashing it to stock? If the outcome is the same maybe somethings wrong with hardware.. I really dnt know, guess u should ask for profesional help

Dear mate,if stock rom is better than the other rom for ur device,i suggest u to use stock rom....
Maybe with a few mod for stock rom....
U can experience with ur device to and if u used another custom rom for ur device and still have same problem,maybe u can ask the dev on the rom thread....
So the dev and other user can help u ...

You have reflashed stock one (generic firmware from sony) and the problem still persist ?? Seem strange because wlan problem usually found on custom rom / kernel ,
Can your xperia neo connect to wifi hotspot too ?? If not i think it is hardware problem

Hi All,
I am new in this custom ROM field,I just installed Turbo Kernal with Cynogen Mod 10 in my Xperia neo L.
After reviewing the Device i found that my "WIFI Hotspot" is not working.
I Also tried "Lupus kernal" and pacmac ROM.
As it was working with stock Rom so it proves that my hardware is ok.
When i try to start my hotspot it stuck at " Wifi turning on..."
Please help.

For LUPUS kernel try to flash the wifi modules that provided in the thread to fix the wifi problem
And please read the full instruction before flash

Even after flashing with those modules .. wifi hotspot doesnt work, even though wifi work ! :/

hello first of all thanks to iiandskater for this lovely rom.i really love this rom,hence i was using cm10 for my sk17i ,after i see this rom i tried to install it on my sk17i,i followed the steps just like ur post,first i wiped all and afterwards i flashed jv 5.3 and then dev files for mango also then gapps and keyboard but afterwards i got one bug that my hardware keys are not working:crying:.so i saw from ur thread 1) first flash jv 5,3 then 2) addons 3)key board language packs 4)flashed dev for files for mango u provided and it worked for me :good: but all of the times i was not getting wifi even i downloaded the kernel that u provieded.i really appreciate your hardwork for making this rom ,hope i will get a solution and sorry for anything i mentioned here badly because its my first post:crying:

wifi means is it wifi hotspot or just wifi
anyways many custom rom has problems with wifi so it may not work properly please contact the dev of this rom
try any 3rd party apps for using wifi that may work

i saw it in the dev forum also but with other device and in that one they said to flash the proper kernel for getting wifi.
and iam using the exact kernel mentioned by dev itself
hope there will be other solutions out there

yes i tried lupus kernel because it was working fine with my cm 10 and also NAA kernel and also mikes+naa kernel and also stock kernel
but all failed some wont boot up and some will work except wifi

finally WIFI is working fine in my sk17i with jellyvanilla 5.3
i installed fxps cm10.2
and i thought of trying jv again
so i first flashed kernel provided in the zip
and then
done full wipe
system,cache,and system format

then installed jv from recovery
but first i was not able to boot in to recovery but afterwards i installed xparts from the market and then clicked boot in to recovery from that
but again i wasnt able to boot in to recovery then i saw post from devs forum it happens due to minor bug in fxps kernel so after clicking boot in to recovery just need to press menu button once and it worked perfect for me

and i flashed light gapps and xperia keyboard and booted again
and my wifi was working perfectly in my sk17i
but only one issue is my hardware keyboard is not working
so i flashed the dev files for mango too
and now my hardware keyboard also working and thanks iiandskater for this perfect rom for my sk17i
keep up the good work
