After searching for a long time, I've never seen a grey cover online - only black or white. I think there's an OSF one on eBay but not sure.
Anyway, mine broke too and I got a replacement after irritating the manufacturers a LOT.
I suggest you ask ZTE / Dell / Idea or Orange for a replacement

you mean undo the screws and then swap it? Cant be that hard, Ive done a P800 before. Those cases are easy to buy.
i'm curious too.. do they sell replacement 02 cases? and maybe that could fix the keyboard hinge problem.. if its part of the casing..

YEah it would be great if SOME CASE COMPANY out there or O² themself starts modding new housing replacements due to fact that it scratches easily! Dropped my O² the 2nd week I got`em due to a stupid clear case which splits into two revealing atom on a road tar

However, it also offers more replacement parts (e.g. USB cover, front keypad, side buttons).
I need a new back cover.
Does anyone know if the "dummy phones" >HERE< have a real back cover or not?

Make sure you order the right battery cover for your device.. the I717 and International N7000 battery covers are different.
Keep in mind that the non-OEM ones, most likely won't have the NFC Antenna on them.
Have white cover with NFC for extended battery
Ordered Mugen 5400 with cobalt blue cover was sent white with promise to send blue cover in next few days. Once I receive correct cover willing to sell the white one I currently have. Goodness is has NFC antenna plus doe not have that ugly hump for extended battery that other folks are selling. If you want it pitch me price with shipping and we can go from there.
I'm currently undergoing the issue of having the back peel off my nexus 6 and I've only had it for a week so I don't have another $600.00 for them to place a hold on my account for a replacement. On google+ a guy sent me a link and said these might be wood replacement backs. He said somebody posted a pic of it and said they are actual replacement backs not just skins. If they are backs I plan on buying one now

These are simply skins that stick over the back, not replacement back panels. If you need a new back panel, they're on ebay with adhesive skin to apply them similar to stock. Goodluck.
Yes you can buy new white and blue back panels from ebay. They are perfect replacements.

Just to add to this, yes they are an adhesive skin, but they are real wood, and not a thin flimsy decal. If you read the original @slickwraps thread, people have removed the plastic nexus backing, and put the Naturals bamboo skin as a replacement, and it was a perfect fit, but it wasnt meant to be a replacement and not marketed as such. (The Naturals line, both leather and wood, are much thicker than flimsy plastic decals since they are real leather and wood)
I myself own a few of the Slickwraps Naturals products, and I have to say I am impressed with the quality.
I have the dark brown leather as my back and I removed the stock back. It fits 100% perfect and I love it! I also bought a spare OEM back in case I need it. The bamboo might need some sanding to fit flush I haven't tried it with mine yet but if and when I do I'll post some pictures.

Do you have a photo of that? since if you are not using your original back plate the nexus and M letters will look strange?

OK no problem and yes I bought the spare OEM back on eBay from a seller in NJ. The leather is on my phone so I'll take some pictures for you. I just applied some conditioner so it's wet but I have a older picture of when I first installed it that I'll post right now below for you. I'll add new pictures once the constraints l conditioner is done drying. I"aged" the leather because it looks better with some wear on it.

i also bought an extra back from ebay. received it yesterday but the curved part of the letter "u" was not in place. it had come off. i put it back in place no problem but it leads me to think they will come off easy. another thing i noticed is that the ebay one, the "nexus" letters are chrome and the ones that actually come on the phone are silver.
good thing i got the ebay one to play with it. i'm going to end up painting it or something. haven't decided what yet.

The one I bought is fine and identical to my OEM one that I took off my phone. I can post a side by side if you would like. It could be a different supplier for the back or something because most people have had good experiences with the ones from eBay. I'm not saying there aren't bad ones out there but I received a good one.

I purchased a Nexus 9 @ swappa.com that had a decent gash in the back housing. Besides the two shown on eBay (a black for $50 and a white for $25) or having HTC do a service call and cost me out the wazoo....is there a part location that I am missing where I can find a replacement black housing?

iFixit always had some spare parts...most people don't think of them though. Sometimes they are new, other times used...in this case, for 10$ , you can't go wrong for an original HTC part
