1. Video Recording Not Work
2. No Video aceleration thats why video lags
3. Moving Apps With SD

Solution:
1. Use FXP Libs [Not Tested!]

3. Move App with A2SD [Still not tested]

6. Apply Newest Gapps Direct Link
7. Workaround with "adb install filename.apk"
Tips:
Dont Use any tweak except experienced user has developed that tweak (badly create tweak can cause another bugs)
JB is new don't expected all apps in market are supported
If you can't downloaded market apps just clear market data

!!!IM WORKING ON A SE MOD!!!
Hello all Xperia Ray users, Ive found out that the S Voice app from SGS3 works fine Xperia Ray that runs ICS(Not compatible with 2.3).
Its doesnt lag and it works just fine, and there is almost no bugs.
S Voice is a app thats almost like siri, you can talk to it and launch apps and book meetings and more.
So If you want to have Siri on your Ray, this is the best alternative.
If you want the to speak with you, you need to download PICO english tts pack.
How to fix Network error:
If you have the network error, just open rootexplorer or any other build.prop editor and edit the file and change the ro.pruduct.model line to GT-I9300 and it should work fine.
And if it doesnt work, try to install the new apk from here:

Bugs:
Cannot change Hi Galaxy to something else, FCs if your try to do that.

How to fix Network error:
If you have the network error, just open rootexplorer or any other build.prop editor and edit the file and change the ro.pruduct line to GT-I9300 and it should work fine.

EDIT: works great so far =) thank you and its so much more smootherrrrrrrrrrrr .. crashed once when i tried to pick wallpaper for lock screen but i dont care thats not a big deal

doesn't this mean it's a nand rom? this is sd rom development section, i think it should be moved to nand section

It's basically Capps package, but without truecaller integration because it didn't work on few roms and I have even removed audiofx because some people like other sound enhancers and have already installed on their Rom.

Hi thanks for this awesome work but can you help me to restore my default messaging app. I have cm 13 on YU Yureka and micro gapps but when I flashed capps it replaced the messaging app. The old one looked good and is fast from capps messaging app.

Hello to all guys, i am working on this new launcher from google called Pixel Launcher i am making it free of the current bugs and more stable than now.
The launcher is tested in TouchWiz roms and CyanogenModes too the based roms, if you don't want get more minor bugs use the launcher only with cyanogenmod and CyanogenMod based.
FOLLOW THIS MANUAL FOR LET IT WORK GOOD:
1. Download the whole zip from the link
2. Extract all the apk in your phone
3. Install manually all the apk
4. Reboot the phone
5. And choose your new Pixel LAUNCHER
CURRENT BUGS OF THE LAUNCHER:
1. Crash if you tap on "Recommended App"
2. The google now tap doesn't work for now
3. IF YOU SEE MORE BUGS FEEL FREE TO REPORT THEM IN THE COMMENTS I WILL READ THEM AND FIX THE BUGS IN THE NEW VERSION
