1. in call mute issue?
2. some of the cm settings didn't work
3. camera clarity

From the vn forum where I got this there are people complaining about random reboots, mute issue not resolved, etc.
Need to check on that.

Well I m using this rom from 2 days its super smooth and what mute isuue? If I toggle the mute hardware key it toggles between vibrate mode and outdoor mode. Or ur talking abt something else mute problem?
U will get random freeze and boots if u use 1280 mhz kernel of chacona..if not no reboot or freezes at all..

1.The MUTE issue which I am talking off is not the silent switch,
when you call a person, on the screen you get 3 options , bluetooth, mute, speaker,
The mute from this list didnt work in earlier CM7, when clicked the other party could still hear you
2. Navigate to settings > cm settings > Display > automatic backlight > light levels > custom settings >
Does the above work or give a force close?
3. Do we have to flash gapps separately?
4. Are the ussd codes working or we need to flash that file? eg. *123#
5. Camera quality? good / bad /ugly?
6. how is the battery backup ? same / better / worst?
7. Is the battery charging full or 98% only?
8. is there any blinking LED issue?

Custom light level working fine
No need to flash gapps seperately
Ussd code working fine.
Camera quality is good
Battery quality is good

email widget in dell stage is always force closes when u try to open an email from your widget screen it force closes....
and the procedures for the installation of this rom are same as other custom roms.
boot into recovery and wipe data and cache then flash the zip then again wipe data and cache then reboot ur phone thats all.

Flashed this ROM ,
All fine, its well tuned with Dell Stage Widget.
But I faced one major problem.
WiFi & Bluetooth had errors
Reflashed still errors.
All the earlier CM7 ROM issues exist.
Can anyone verify ?
Wif-fi shows "WiFi error"
Bluetooth refuses to start.

It's up to you, I just wonder that why don't you try the kernel, Tinhte.vn members said that they should work together. Also, the BT and WF should work.

Q: I flashed this ROM and its taking ages to boot!
A: First boot will take a few minutes, don't panic.
Q: I am not able to install any apps! Halp meh! Also, the Brightness is too Bright/Dark?
A: After the First the boot you need to enable Unknown Sources and adjust the Brightness levels and reboot to recovery, or it will wont get Enabled and you cant install any apps.
HOW TO FLASH:
1.Copy ZIP to SD Card
2.Reboot to Recovery
3.Wipe Data, SDext and cache.
4.Format System
5.Flash
6.Reboot

unknown sources is working it wont work at first boot ...
after first boot enable unknown source and reboot recovery ....
now reboot system again it will be working now
this happens because of defualtsettings.xml in system/etc
the problem is not APN, but baseband (I think).
Did he use the baseband fix or old sources?

Hi there! ROM looks awful, but I've found another problem. After flashing, and booting first time, gsm network doesn't worked. I've thought, that after quick setup, pin code request page will be shown, but not. Tried to restart phone, but still no gsm, cause no pin code request page again.

"ROM looks awful"? That's very nice of you to say (me being a fan of the sense ui)
This rom uses the new baseband. If you do not know what it is, you probably have the old baseband.
Maybe if I understand baseband differences between stock froyo and stock gb, and I've flashed cm7 nightlies over v20g, and nightlies worked, sense port should worked too.

That problem with the sim card its similar to one that cm7 nightlies and luporhip's cm9 had a while ago, i think they have fixed it, why don't you ask on cm7 nightlies or cm9 threads? probably they can help

Some bugs that i found out
First of all i have to say that this rom looks amazing. the text is crisp and clear and is very smooth but there are lots of bugs in this rom.
Following is the list of the bugs :
1) As reported the camera and wifi does not work.
2) the phone takes a lot of time to boot. (i know the first boot takes a little time but even after that it takes more than needed time to bootup)
3) When your phone is locked and you press any hardware button to turn on the screen,the screen goes black and it's only when you touch the screen the lock screen shows up.
4) Also none of the hardware buttons have backlight when pressed.
5) The microphone does not work as well.
6) whatever settings are made it reverts back to what it was before. for example if you chance the brightness or set any ringtone or make other changes it reverts back to what it was before.
7) Also the date and time does not change even when you try to change it.
I have faith in the developer and i know soon a stable version of this rom will be out.

After flashing the MIUI 2.3.16 let it reboots after factory reset,then flash modified blinking mod by manics then reboot device,flash miuifix-->reboot device, flash 2217signed.zip by manics.
These steps solve automatic brightness issue and add an amazing led mod to your Streak;
when you go to trackball settings choose "green" for notifications,choose blue for calls and red for messages then try them
Step 2:
Install wifi tether for android v3.1-pre105.apk,it will solve the wifi tethering issue.And you have a working ROM without any issue!
Done!

Of course you can.I have tested all versions of miui roms; the most stable one is this rom with these add ons,everything works perfect,uses less ram,fast and stable.

Go to trackball settings set notification led color to green,call color to blue,sms color to red and try it,then enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE: I will NOT provide ParanoidPreferences.apk in this ROM zip. The devs of that great ROM have asked that the particular apk NOT be included in NON-PA zips. They put in the work, so I respect their wishes. That being said, I will NOT link the file nor do I want to see it linked here.
To get it, do the following:
Boot into King Kang and set up Gapps
Download Paranoid Android ROM zip
Download Root Browser
Use Root Browser to extract the file from the PA zip
Place it into /system/app
Set permissions to RW, R, R
Reboot

The graphics related issues are due to not having proper drivers to use for this. Don't ask for an ETA on a fix. Moto won't be giving us the drivers, so there is no fix
If you need to report a NEW bug, report it once, and the next TWO people VERIFY it. I don't need everyone reporting same bug 20 times. I you can, provide me the following information:
Version you're using
What type of fwipe you did and what ROM you came from
Have you restored any data from something like Titanium Backup
What app is misbehaving and what you were doing when it started
Logcats<--THIS IS PREFERRED.

Can you do this favor for me? GO to recovery and go to advanced menu. Choose Report Error. It will put a file in the clockworkmod folder of your sd card I believe (may do emmc...I can't be certain) named recovery.log. Can you send that file to me? It will tell me which set_perm isn't working, so that I can fix it
adb logcat should work from a pc. I don't think that much of the on-board logcat stuff works yet, which is unfortunate...

can you pull a logcat of trying to turn it on?
Any major differences between this and PACman? Also, are there different versions of ParanoidPreferences.apk? Is the one in PACman (I got it before it was taken out) the most current, or is the one in PA 2.99 more recent?
Also, in the tablet mode directions, you kinda just stopped in Step 9. And in the initial description, the whole "never before been done" doesn't make much sense to those of us who have tried PACman (unless King Kang came first).

Tried ROM B of KingKang and still got no wifi. When booting initially with Options, wifi starts up but shows no networks. Get past that with 3G, and go to settings and check WI-FI, it comes up with turning on WIFI. The WIFI switch flips to on and back to off. Though the right pane says turning wifi on. Go to Play Store and it wants me to relog into Google. Downloaded a logcat program and went back to try WIFI, The button/switch will not move or do anything. I may have to re-install and try to do the ADB Logcat. I will look on your site and other information area's on pulling a proper logcat for you.

This man is correct. Wifi issue is kernel related, and I will upload a fix as soon as I can. Got a bunch going on, and am still working on integrating more info into the site to make it better and more useful.
I am also working on CM10.1. I will see if the kernel from one of my other builds fixes it. If yes, I'll upload the kernel and modules tonight...it will probably be late though (after 11pm Est)

running this ROM now and its so smooth..I have one issue though..I can't seem so keep the clock speed @ 1000Mhz..after I manually reboot my ohone it goes back to 1300Mhz..anyway to fix this?

hmm try this
set background proccess limit to "at most 3 process" and turn on force gpu rendering in settings - developer option
set Window animation and transition scale to .5x in settings - developer option
turn off icon shadow and change transitional effect (to whatever you likes) in launcher settings
turn off vibrate on touch in settings - sound
go to security centre folder - app control - and unselect application that you wont make it boot in background process.

is that bug always happen? i mean everytime you lock the screen, didn't wake up?

ps : default lockscreen still bugs, try download another lockscreen theme.

Wanna used it but how about locked bootloader? We cant use fxp cm9 for that.

Do not command! Instead of talking like other 13 old kids make SOMETHING and help developers... There isn't fully working rom on this forum for SXP. We must wait for Jelly Bean, then we will have CM10(fully working). Now wait or click thanks to all devs on forum instead of commanding them. They know what they want to do.

If you can't read don't just throw yourself on people. I did not command nor did I even said something which could be considered a command, it was merely a suggestion. I always click thanks to the dev's, so don't lecture me.
I just suggested something that I think would help the developer, not a command, because the dev knows what to do he doesn't need me or you to help him, so don't spam this thread with meanless comments lecturing others.
Your post was also unnecessary, because like u say you give them suggestion. In my opinion they should make it for unlocked bl only, when it will be without bugs.

This will be a rom to improve in every aspect, battery and performance, graphics not so much because it is low-end, and in my opinion it is best battery/performance.
So far I've used (or rather, my girlfriend has used it), and says it has better performance than the first Gingerbread (Stock and Latte rom).You test the performance and tell me we can do, we remove or put, and will do according to the performance test for me, I will continue with the next update.

installation if you want to use sdmerge:
1. - A look that we have entered the recovery, install the mod. If you already have installed, continue to the third step.
2.-Apply SDMergE400_Step1.zip from sdcard. The phone will reboot on success prompting you a new recovery.
2a.-Apply SDMergE400_Step2.zip from sdcard. The phone will reboot on success prompting you an old recovery for step3 and step4 completion.3. - Apply the rom (CyanogenSpeed Project).
4. - Apply minigapps.
5. - Apply finally the step4, reboot the system and voilá. [I recommend Please turn once again to restart the system to repair any problem.]

If you Latte with sdmerge, go into recovery, wipe data and cache, flash this rom, lightgapps and step4 of sdmerge

step 4 is only for the use sdmerge friend, read carefully again .. if you want to use sdmerge, you live to see how to install the above...

An apology to everyone for leave pending comments, but I work all day (I'm a automotive mechanic). If you do not want to use sdmerge just have to install the rom and gapps, the step4 is for sdmerge.

I am not having luck with this rom. I flashed it ovet latte rev2 without sdmerge. Phone froze a lot of times, when trying to log in into google play it freezes. I had to pull the battery out. I reflashed 4 times but everytime it's still the same. I guess it ain't working without sdmerge. Any ideas? I'm on v10G

i don't know if you already know this or not, but before flashing with sd merge, try activating all types of autorotation.
