If you don't know how to do that, it might not be a good idea to root. You need to do more research. Keep in mind that you, and only you, are responsible for your device.

Boot into CWM recovery (power+home+vol up). Make sure you have root.zip from this post:

Select "install zip from sd card", choose root.zip & reboot.

I mean can you please tell me how do I copy the root.zip file in sd card.

I flashed my galaxy ace to a rom a while a go but now i want to go back to my official stock (2.3.3)
Has any one got this stock and if yes how do i install

I cant see you signature on the xda app is it the one where you have to download cwm.zip and another. I cant get into cwm with that one. It says go in recovery. But how to get into that without cwm :s
Maybe you could write me a small tut? :$

I suppose that you wish to root your device via fake recovery method, is it right? It is the best method in my opinion, but let me ask a stupid question, have you got at all an external memory card (micro SD) inserted into the phone?

Yeah but it won't mount it says error I've rooted before with an s+ I can't get into either the external or internal sd cards, weird. There isn't even an option to open internal card.

Guyz recently i installed the 4.0.4 and after that i,m getting many errors first of all my some of the images are corrupted some videos are too what is the roght. Pit file i should flash plz help i downgraded to official 4.0.3 with the 4GB. Pit file

The problem is not with the memory the problem is some pics i take gets corrupted and cANT INSTALL some games even

I would not recommend using a pit file unless you know 100% what you're doing, and based on your posts it seems like you don't.
