Simple question. Each time I use wifi tether when I turn it off my phone reboots. Anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks

Hiya all,
Is anyone having the same issues on their ThunderHammer with WIFI not picking up any locations? I seem to not be able to get any hits on any networks, I am rooted running stock, I have ran the ROM by XXXVIRUS but maybe it could be in the WiFi sup. Checked the build.prop changed the interval to 30 ( 15 native) can't seem to get her going.... I'm not a NooB, and can use and and I know my way around some Droid ... Any ideals let me know, or its back to Verizon to replace, ( came from og to dx, and they both had no WiFi issues, this bolt can't see and may have to get contacts!!!!)
Bump.... To see if there are another with this issue????

I can't seem to get firefox to work on my hdmi modded webtop over 3g.
I've done some searching and found a few posts suggesting that i turn on the custom tethering apn. That didn't work.
Does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Also I noticed that I cannot select mobile hotspot like the battery drain warning comes up and I select ok and still having mobile hotspot. That's different

Anyone using this? I am trying to set a profile that when wifi fails it'll force reconnect. I can't be the first person to find this a viable fix for our connectivity issues? Anyone?

yea mate, when the phone goes to sleep the wifi wont connect unless u turn it off/on
I'm trying to use the app WiFi tether on my rooted EVO but when I activate it I don't think its actually sending out WiFi. None of my other devices pick it up. Possible solutions?
