Lol!
I'm not sure as well because it's been very long I used stock ROM.
Although I don't use blacklist function, but it's like I've seen it there before.

I'm still using CRv6 GB 2.3.6.
Under Settings/Call/Call Rejection is 2 options.
The first option is how to reject (I use Blacklist only).
The second one is Blacklists. Under this is the option, to block all unknown numbers. For me, that also includes (and blocks) all blocked or private caller id numbers.
I hope this helps you.

Call control works very good...
Sent from my GT-I9100 using xda app-developers app

Black listing numbers on the operator side of things, if you block them through apps/CM9, first they won't truly be blocked (IE they will still be able to call you but your phone just won't allow the call to go through on its end) and second you will have to do it all over again when you change ROM etc. If you call up your provider and ask them to blacklist a number its a much better way.

really i didn't know that, i don't really like MIUI ROM but if other devs could somehow implement this into their ROM that would be great,i run Cognition ROM (for Galaxy S2)
try adding this to your build.prop
net.bt.timeout=never
or
net.bt.timeout=
leave after the = sign blank to the second one to leave it nulled e.g never time out
hopefully they work

Hi,
Sorry for "hacking" this thread, I was wondering whether it is possible to hack a Bluetooth so as to be able to connect two external Bluetooth speakers of different brands (JBL & Ultimate Ears).
Thank you.

Do you use Google voice at all? Could you have possibly blocked him on accident? A screen on and didn't realize and just happened to touch that specific key sequence? Stranger things have happened.

no i dont use google voice, and if i blocked him, what shall i do?
Call carrier or go to online site and check. Could be his phone too. Do you use youmail?

[Q] call bocker like the one on the S2

so as the title says was searching for an app that blocks call like the s2 does. i recently upgraded to N4 and i miss this funtionality.
don't tell me search the playstore . almost all apps would do the same either send u to voicemail by hanging up or answer and hang up quickly. and either way the caller would know that u hung up.
with the call blocker from the SGS2 ur screen will flash only once and u would see the a blocked call on ur call log , the caller on the other hand would only get to hear that u r out of coverage.
i hope someone here could help me out
PS : sorry for my english

I tried this, and I can confirm it does not work. The samsung app is needed. Also mms is broken in the JB app with and without the stock samsung app.
Thanks for the suggestion of using tb. It makes perfect sense, but after months of using cm10.1 on the g nexus, a little reminder goes a long way.

report back, let us know if it works. very curious
Text sms work. Mms causes force close of the app. After restart, mms is there mark as sending. All older mms messanges are still in the app.
I pulled the stock android app from the most recent nightly cm10.1 build for the verizon note ii. Unfortunately, I dont know enough to do anymore.
Ill try it from a g s3 aosp build. I figure it will be the exact same app, but Im not busy so it worth a shot. I only have access to my phone at the moment, so it might take a little while.

You set the permissions to match the old apk?
Yep, rw-r--r--. And I added .bak behind samsung app.

I'm on the 1.5 and its working. but SMS does not work if you are using the stock touchwiz sms. this is because it wakes the screen when you get a message so that ruins it. but hangouts, emails, instagram, etc work fine for me

I think the talkback is just an accessibility bug for samsung devices. Only happens when an app is using accessibility.
dev claims to have fixed the Samsung SMS bug. haven't tried it yet.
added several new options. most notably (for me) was the option to use this as the lock screen. went ahead and went premium!
