[ROM][CM10][4.1.2][07-Dec-2012] Sapir - CM10 based ROM + More - Galaxy S II Android Development

CM10 based ROM from CyanogenMod Gerrit.
Credit goes to cyanogen, the CyanogenMod dev team, and the CM maintainers for the devices.
My plan is to keep refreshing the nightlies.

Of course.
For now, there wasn't anything specific for the S II, but only changes that applied to the Tab variant of the nightlies.
