Hi I made the S4 Wallpaper Chooser by myself (Recompile,blah blah blah) and Finally it's here!NO ROOT NEEDED!
P.S. You can't set the lockscreen wallpaper, just the wallpaper can change That's the restiction due to non rooted phone

okk if u wanna use other launcher u can use by selecting system default theme on that launcher.
