Try flashing the imoseyon kernal. This should fix your Bluetooth issues.

I see that it is a GB kernel and this is an ICS rom. I don't know if that makes a difference. Still pretty new at this, that's why I'm asking.
My apologies. No you cannot use this with ICS. Its early in the morning and thought I read the title to be about Jesters other ROM Jellyblur (GB ROM themed to look like ICS). There are no custom kernals yet for the Thunderbolts ICS until HTC drops the source. I will try to re-create this issue and I will get back with you unless someone gives a solution before me lol. Once again my apologies.
If you are in a bootloop you may have to re-wipe and re-install the ROM. It may have been a bad flash if BT was not working and caused a bootloop.
EDIT: although irrelevent for this ROM, the link you provided is an outdated custom kernal. The Dev has since then updated to 6.2.1

Hi,
Well you are in luck I had the exact same problem today and finally found the fix. I was using the . 9 radio was working fine so thought its ok but since bluetooth was my only issue I flashed ( in hboot) the . 19 radio and now no bluetooth problem. Not only turn it on and off able to use it!
Phone has not rebooted once since I did this.

Swannyman, I suggest you to try out what trapperjohn found before you wipe. I have also heard reports of the latest radio fixing these issues also.

I wonder if this radio came out when the leak was initially released.
Would explain why on gingerbread we didn't see a big change but obviously the minor change in it was for ics.

Since the problem got solved...figured I'd jump in with a couple issues that I'm having with this rom.
1* I go into settings and to my apps. When I click an app and it brings up the space used and other info...everything says computing and doesn't show a value. I'm trying to move my apps to the SD and it does nothing since they wont compute. Anybody with this issue...a fix?
2* When I get a SMS, the LED keeps blinking after the message is closed or replied to. It stops after a few minutes, but its annoying. I have GoSMS.

1. Wait and let it total all the apps before entering to move them. It may take a minute if you have a lot of apps.
2. That's a bug with gosms. I never could figure out a fix other than disabling the led notification.

I finally got them moved, but it would take 1-4 minutes a piece to move. And when I try to uninstall an app, it just says uninstalling and hangs on that screen.

Have you rebooted since installing the rom?
Usually a reboot and waiting 5 after boot corrects this problem.

I just got an update for my GO SMS Pro and it said it fixed this problem! Does everyone else use that app? The latest version apparently fixes it.
Update: Seems to have fixed it for me! I tried calling myself numerous times and nothing! It was apparently a bug that when you use the app and then place a call/receive one the speaker defaults to on the first time.

Perhaps you haven't gotten the update yet in the Market. I see it at the bottom of the description section (I'm still using the older Market)

This happened to me on my 1st HTC Inspire shortly after I rooted and flashed CM7. I was able to revert back to stock and exchange for a new one, however within a week, the second one started doing the same thing. That's when I took it back and got the ATRIX.
I thought it was a hardware problem. If its software, what app is causing this? And is it built into android, or a standalone app?

It was Go SMS Pro that seemed to cause it. The latest update fixed it for me though.

What do I need to do to install TW4.5? When I tried doing it through ADB, I got Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]. I copied it onto storage and tried installing straight on the phone, and it tells application not installed.

1. My wifi keeps dropping every once in a while(had a similar problem with another rom using a 2.3.6 leak)
2. Home button has a little lag.
edit: Searched Android 2.3.6 wifi problems and I got a ton of results with people saying the same thing.

Long time reader here.
I've been looking for answers to this for several hours now and haven't been able to find anything that works.
I bought my Photon new about 2 months ago. Immediatly I rooted and unlocked it, with the thought that I was going to play around with custom ROMs as I did on my Epic 4g.
Anyway, this evening I decided to go ahead and put a new ROM on. I did the usuals, delvak, formats, etc.. I started with Joker's Skinny rev1. Install went great, but I was unable to use wifi. I couldnt even turn it on. It just says "Error" on the wifi settings menu. So I did some research and I found out that this is a common problem and simply needed a dhd.ko file to be replaced. So I did via 7zip and reflashed. Still no wifi. I then tried to give ACS's ROM a try, and same thing. So again, I replaced the dhd.ko file and reflashed. Still no glory. I also went ahead and re-unlocked the bootloader again just in case(read a few issues of that messing with wifi).
So needless to say, I can't figure out how to get my wifi back. I'm at a complete loss. Does anyone have any ideas? Also, if it matters, I live state-side. I don't have anything frozen either. Just a freshly installed ACS ROM.

I really need to update skinny. I plan to do a source build and edit it to death. Cm9 has my free time tied up. It won't be too much longer and I'll get everything going on cm9. Luckily rocko roms are turning out great. Eventually I'll go back and update my blur roms.

Scripts have nothing to do with your camera. It simply changes a few things to make it faster. Great for stock rooted roms

The radios are sensitive. The wifi driver must be compiled to the kernel you are using. In skinny unlocked it is. Skinny complete is the newest and has an awesome web top modification. Uncompressed its 2 gigs.

Well not completely working lol. The wifi keeps dropping connection ever minute or so. When its doing this, its also resetting the cdma radio. Im missing a crap ton of calls. Only way i know i am is bc of the voicemails being left. With wifi turned off, all is well.

I'm having the same trouble with Skinny. I flashed the skinny14gedition and everything seems to work except for the wifi (error). Still little new to this but what is an sbf? My phone came with 198_6 not 7, should I still flash to that or is there a wifi fix for skinny? Thanks for any help.

It was working great two days ago but just no longer works as of yesterday and today.
I have tried soft resetting the phone many times along with tools from the gps status apps.
I have also tried clearing data from google maps but still with no luck
Any help will be greatly appreciated... I really need my Google Navigation to work for school and work

The only thing I've ever done is clear the AGPS data using GPS Test. That seems to do the trick. Seems like I have to do this every 3 days or so.

I'm in the same boat but my gps stopped working after a rom flash at some point. Did you also flash a new ICS rom in the past couple of days?
I'm looking for a solution since I am going to be using my gps real soon. I've tried flashing the GB radio and that didn't seem to help. The only thing that seems to work is if I flash back to a GB rom or a leaked ICS rom.
That might be the solution for you if you recently updated your rom. I'm surprised that there aren't more people complaining about the gps which leads me to believe that there are probably different chipsets for the gps or something in the radio where only a select bunch of phones are affected.
I work for DHL and use my GPS every day. Mine stopped working too, I thought it was the actually GPS module as I wiped and reflashed CM9 and AOKP and still the same. What I did was flash back to a stock modded rom and modem for Telus and viola it worked! Im gonna flash back to CM9 and see what happens.
Crap there is a fix that is floating around, in fact it was a fix and a revert back to normal if the fix didn't work, and the fix didn't work for anyone but the revert back to stock was fixing everyone's GPS (including mine). I searched the forum before posting this but I didn't find it, but I have the files on my laptop.... trouble is I don't know how to post them here?
Is everyone confirming that there gps is not locking on to any sattelites via gps test from the play store?

Ok this is the revert back to stock, its a flashable zip so give it a try and let me know
I found a couple of fixes that didn't work for me (updating the gps.config file and flashing the GB modem) but might for others. I don't remember where I found the config file but I think if you search for gps.config you should see it in the Q&A somewhere.
I also found that when I flashed the CM10 Phandroid rom the newest with working video record my gps is back to working again. So I'm thinking there has to be some thing in the newer kernel that is blocking an apps ability to turn on the gps and if you manually turn off/on it won't stay active.
I think I'm going to stick with the jelly bean for now until I find a reason to switch to either a GB rom or something like one of appdroid's leaked kernel LF5 roms. (IMO - appdroid's roms seemed to play really nice with my Note)

AT&T is sending me a replacement Note with GB loaded on it. When it arrives, all I have to do is put my crap broke back GPS one in a box and send it back.
It didnt work for me. I wonder wats the issue. Im going to try flashing cm10 tonight. See if that fixes the issue as some else stated earlier.

Well after several weeks of GPS unstability, I pestered ATT today, and they agreed to send me a replacement Note. Of course I have to send the defective one back.
I tried to force it to go to GB, once it was back on GB, the GPS was still flakey.
I am hoping the replacement will work like GB did before. The rep said she thought JB was available, and then recanted the statement.

Wow that sucks... Best of luck hopefully once you flash a new rom you wont have the same problem. Im waiting for my phone to charge hopefully i can get GPS to work with JB ill post once im done.

The GPS fix that you posted and the revert. And I just did and im getting from 1 to 3. I cleared AGPS and also updated it. From the instructions i get, it works it set GPS location set. However when i go to google maps app its still off not where im actually at. Also when doing navigation it never locks, it says searching GPS signal...this is frustrating

Wow just tried something and it seemed to work i got right where im at also got a lock on navigation in gmaps and started working. Having GPS test open and pressing home instead of back button left it on in the background basically. I got it to work...wierd huh? And if i dont do this (leaving GPS test in the background and closing it by pushing back button to exit it) it wont work and GPS is way off...any idea. Also if you guys are having GPS issue. Try this and see if it works.

Just a random thought, what kind of data are you using whilst using google maps? 4G or wifi... or less?

Im using 4g and have even tried only on edge. Havent tried wifi.
Edit: Well I was too tired to flash JB last night. But I did it this morning and man oh man is this ROM sexy!!! It seems to work perfectly (I don't use Netflix) and to top it off with a cherry jellybean it FIXED MY GPS problem. It gets a lock within 10sec without the GPS test app!! Loving my Note again!!

when i ran that ROM it was awesome for me as well, but i switched because something went wrong overtime to where all my apps wouldnt open. It's happened to me on other ROMs previous to the Viper one but i ultimately left because i figured there would be no support/updates for it.
im working with Team Venom to get us official support from them. i will direct them to this thread as well, so any bugs you come across please list them here. thanks
BTW, you can still download from the thread that got closed. so if you didnt get to try the rom yet, its still there.
The biggest thing for me, aside from the usual bluetooth issues etc. was when the screen was off, and I was connected to wifi, my wifi connection was disconnected, so if I was downloading something, and the screen went off, my download was interrupted.
I liked the rom though, it was great. I hope there will be some support for it in the near future.

did you go to your wifi settings and change it so it doesnt disconnect from wifi when the screen goes off?

Theres a setting in wifi settings for that, just like ziggy said

hmm... then the mod realized his mistake and came back to finish it off lol
Not sure if this was a bug but, whenever I connected to WiFi, it always asked for Root permission.

hmm, i never encountered this bug/issue , did you do a full wipe?
This isn't much of a bug but more of a thing that annoys me.
The messaging app converts this face " gasp face : o or the smiley face : ) " into a angry face.
Is there any way to disable the emoji of converting faces ?
Does this rom have wifi calling?
Anyway to still download this ROM??

if you decide to upload it and redistribute, do not do it here. i believe that is an infraction-able action. (like points on your license) and i do not want to see any of you get in trouble for it.

I absolutely love this Rom..the only issue I've had which is rare but happens is the venom hub forceclosin 2 to 3 times but after that it wrks lol,no biggie..

I hope this rom becomes official to the amaze
Hopfully Team Nightmare and Team Venom can link up and bring all of us Amaze user this rom the legit way and we all be good...but other than that the rom super fast no big flaws
