Try This
1: flash stock Rom
2:Flash Rom that Bricked your touch
3:flash stock rom again

If reinstalling stock rom doesn't work then it's hardware related issue. You have to change the touchscreen

[Q] Help me the Custom rom don't work on my Neo.

I have my Neo from a few months and I'm so proud of it. But, in the lasts week, I'm excited to receive the ICS update, so I can't wait and I tried to flash some custom rom on my NEO. First of all I have the .42 firmware stock with root and CWM installed with bootloader locked.
Before i tried to flash a custom Rom, I have unlocked the bootloader. And everything going well, but I try to flash 2 different Custom Rom both with the same result: in the reboot after the flash the NEo is stucked on the Sony Ericsson boot logo animation for an indefinite time, and i don't do nothing except to unplug the battery. So i return to the stock rom using flashtool.
But I really want to tried this custom rom based on ICS, anyone can hellp me?

I think his problem is that he didn't wipe/format something before flashing zip.
Old baseband is causing problems with ending calls

Believe me, I follow step-by-step the instructions that are on the thread here on xda (I tried to install Fast & Stable|KA05 Ice Cream Sony and AOSP 4.0.3 ICS BETA FINAL | Fast and Clean)

What is it baseband? Do I have an old baseband? How I find out ?
I think the problem is my CWM.

I think the problem is my CWM, because now I'm trying to install the PWN kernel, and the installation trough fastboot is ok, I flash the modules to fix the wifi but the wifi don't work. Any suggestion?

No brother!!! I have the same experience!!! But then I flashed another time and things went well

i think the problem is causing because ur r flashing ICS custom rom directly on GB... flash stock ICS ftf file using flashtool, flash any custom kernel in fastboot mode using flashtool suitable for the ROM u want to flash (custom kernels has built in CWM), then goto CWM, wipe everything, flash the ROM, done... now that should work..
goto Settings > about phone > baseband to check the baseband's version
Guys a year passed by since that question was asked !

ru using any custom rom n kernel....?
Happens if you have installed ROM for wrong phone. Is that the case?
if the wrong rom flashed....
I once flashed wrong ROM, my phone is SK17i, and i accidentaly flashed ROM for XperiaActive because i just swapped its sdcard..the touchscreen didnt work, even after i flashed another ROM.. so i tried to flashed GB stock ROMS with flashtool, test the touchscreen, make sure all works, and flashed it again to ICS with (again) flashtool..
if not..
try to re-calibrate your phone's touchscreen to the nearest Sony Service Centre..coz my brother's LwW was having problems with his touchscreen, and after his phone's touchscreen re-calibrated now it's working fine...

First you flash latest stock rom (.62) via flash tool.
If it is not working then
first flash x kernel via flashboot mode in flash tool
install ROM (hybrom v10) via CWM.
After that install ROM (hybrom v12) via CWM without wiping any data, cache partition and dalvik cache.
hope it will help you to solve this touchscreen problem.
@jk347.. can u upload the hybrom v10 since hybrom now is closed
@someguy.. im using realics v4 for xperia mini pro (mango)

EDIT: could you please upload stock rom .62? coz mine is .42 is it ok to flash even if not .62?
I encountered error when flashing .62 --> never got success. But nothing problem when flashing .42.

when I flashing hybrom v17 in .42 gets stuck in sony logo.. can u upload guys the stock rom of .62 ftf files?
Hybrom requires unlocked bootloader and custom kernel to run.
For stock firmware files, check my signature link.
@someguy.. yes i already unlocked bootloader .. and use xkernel for the hybromv17.. since I used .42 when i flash xkernel and install custom kernel gets stock at logo.. but when I used .62 it works..now i dont see any .62 ftf here for mini pro ..

U must have flashed a wrong version
Touchscreen usually fails when u FLASH A WRONG FTF
Try relocking ur bootloader and send it to service center

I flashed MT27i_6.1.1.B.1.54_Global.ftf
Recovery works, so I flashed my Paranoid Unicorn, MIUI, CM9, AOKP, Ultimate Sola, Pure blood, Paranoid Android v1.4, none of them worked.
It sounds like a hardware problem mate, relock bootloader and repair service.

Does your touchscreen work when you flash a stock ftf?
Sent from my MT25i using xda app-developers app
reflash the stock .ftf installed on your device when touch was working fine and see if your touch works
if not
reflash all the available stock .ftf s to make sure if its a hardware isssue or software
no need to say if these didnt work its probably a hardware issue and get your phone to sony servive center

using Quickimg flashtools and using cmd but all was the same
firs time when i get the phone and it was on official rom .631 I rooted it installed Nxt kernel using quickimg and installed Honami rom and it worked fine
But after some days I want to install jb roms and as I remember I installed Lupus jb kernel and after that my touch stopeed working I have tried al other kernels available for neo L but no one has touch working.
Even in Nxt kernel with honami rom that i used first time with no problem , it has no touch
