If its not letting you install them again you may have to sbf to get them back. Also, I'm curious as to why you are posting in the dx2 section if you have an xpert.

There is no xpert section

Why would you have to sbf it?

to fix the phone
the xpert is more like the pro
here is some links

Is there a sprint sbf anywhere

not that I've seen
how did you backup, titanium?
did you try, restore without data?
on sdcard/titanium
should be a apk.gz file for missing app
unzip gz move apk to system apks
fix permissions, reboot to recovery, wipe cache, reboot
might work may not
you should always make a nandroid right after rooting, if you did use that

[Q]tibu

When I restore apps for tibu they don't display in the market. The problem is I can't search the market for apps that have an update out. Any suggestions?

try restarting yoru phone. which i am sure you have done already. did that fix the issue? also, try to be connected to wifi
I'm having the same problem, was wondering if there is a solution.

What I've done: once you've re-installed all the apps, go in & delete your back ups in TiBu and after that run the back up again. Clear the data in the market, reboot & hope it worked!

Edit download homebase rom and extract the launcher

I checked the system folder in the stock rom and yays update folder. Neither had a launcher apk. It might be renamed somethin else by moto but i have no clue which file it is.

Eclipse 2.1 ~ camera app can't share

Love this ROM, love it. However the only problem I have that I can't seem to get around, is that the camera app doesn't list any applications under the share menu for a newly taken photo. When I hit the share button, I get a message that "no applications can perform this action".
At least the stock messaging app should be able to do this, nevermind any one of the other handful of apps I have installed. Has anyone else ever run into this, and or have a possible solution?

I had the same issue so I just reflashed the ROM and it cured itself.

By reflash do you mean just flash again, or did you wipe data dalvik and cache?

When you did these two installs, did you wipe cache, dalvik, system, and factory reset?
Yeah I did, but I think i found the problem. I did a batch back up and hit restore apps with data. When I did a normal restore it worked fine. Thanks for the help.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda app-developers app
Good. Rule of thumb: don't restore system apps or app data.
