1. Wifi not working in alliance v1.5?
---- Goto /system/libs/ and delete modules folder! Then reboot!
2. Having some problems?
----- Flash stock .587 fw then flash the rom again! Voila!
3. Having bootloops?
----- Follow the instructions carefully! Select Arc/s For Neo/V respectively! Also, check as less options as possible! only 1 status bar, 1 launcher etc Then u would never have any!
4. Status bar not showing that the phone is charging?

I've tried to install this ROM 2 times, but I always get a bootloop(I followed the instructions exactly like you have explained). It gets installed correctly, but when I bootup the phone it gets stuck on SONY logo. I was on Stock .587, with BL Locked.
I don't know what can I do wrong. Do you have any kind of solution for this?

TrustPort Internet Security says nothing
There is a bug in a patch for Neo.. orientation in messaging is reverse and phone model recognition is not working, it says that it is Arc instead of Neo.. Just to let you know!

Which device info did u select in aroma? Cause venoma333 selected arc s and is having no orientation issues!
And we had to remove apps like album, gallery and weather widgets cause the size of the system folder was bigger than neo's system partition! which was causing bootloops! Folder -355 mb, partition-312 mb! So we trimmed it down to 303 mb!
Will add those apps as addons zips!

Everything is working just perfect but there is no app to view pictures i.e. No gallery even I didn't select in aroma to delete :s I don't know why? Any help in this case? Specially I liked the one named "Album" from JellySandwich v6.0 stable! I don't know where to get that from! Any way, I just installed QuickPic for that purpose but I don't like it much

The neo was having probs booting up(bootloops) as we were trying to flash a 355 mb system folder in a 312 mb partition!lol! So we trimmed down the base rom to 303 mb! Will add addons for the removed apps soon! Cheers!

I have done that already but unfortunately, I have deleted the v6.0 Stable zip so, couldn't find app named "Album" and notification sounds as well. If anyone could help, that would be appreciated

I've already asked permission to port it over. It seems nice when I first used it I I decided to ask if I can port it over but I think he's gonna make a all in one version so take this as a teaser?

I installed it on my neo (MT15i) but there is no home screen. I only can access settings through the notification bar and camera with the camera key and the image is upside down, I cant go on anything else!

Strange.. Just try to reset from settings.. I had other problem on first boot the rom memory showed only 150 mb .. I did reset and then showed 330 mb.. strange..!

Installed in Neo v. after 1 hour, no fc. very very very fast for now. only one question, how can I activate ALS with auto button, because with hw_config I can turn it ON or OFF, but I would like switch it from menu. Sometimes I use ALS. BTW, thanks for this great great rom. I'll continue testing it.

Some addons like enabling ALS soon
lock bootloader / unlock bootloader ?????????????????
JB ROMs are only for unlocked bootloader, you need flash kernel like Fusion or LuPuS.

Nice running ROM so far but I have a couple problems that make it difficult to use.
First the little circle screen pointer on my screen makes navigating through the phone extremely annoying. I don't know if there is a way of disabling it and returning to normal touch. Any help would be much appreciated.
Second, the Xperia keyboard keeps crashing or won't run at all. I cannot add my gmail account to the phone to sync my personal information and going to Setting>Language and Input>Xperia International Keyboards causes a force close back to settings.
I only managed to connect to WiFi because I have WPS on my router so the keyboard was not necessary. Can't do that with everything though :silly:
I did full wipes through CWM and am using the FXP kernel from FXP 223 for CM10.
If I made a mistake then please let me know and I will rectify it with my apologies.

Secondly, Try Clearing Data Of Xperia Keyboard And Report Me!!!
that circle pointer appears because ur patch for ray is not working...i ve tried it many times...plz look into the patch for ray...bhai ek chota circle aaraha hai fullscreen touch enable nahi hai

I have attached screenshots so it is visible. The circle is a faint circle on the screen. Can only carry out actions if that circle is used.
For the keyboard I cleared app data but still either getting a FC or nothing happens and keyboard does not appear. I will attempt a fresh install and see what happens.

I too confirm facing the same circle issue, tried various combinations for installing theRom but the circle stays. It would be great if you can fix the issue quickly.

I think the circle u are talking about is visual feedback of your touches.. to disable it try this settings>developers option>untick "show touches" . Should works !
And i have a question , which kernel is the best for my ray to run this ROM ?

Good suggestion my friend, but I already tired it with no luck. IT was painful to even scroll down to developers option but somehow I managed and tried all options available there but still no luck. It has to fixed in the Rom or the Ray patch.
I have the same problem with that circle. So for now I will skip this ROM.
I tried several times clean install (wipe data/system) but every time i boot i cannot use phone normal as this circle appears.

The circle is not related to developer options at all. "Show touches" outlines where your finger makes contact but this is in a fixed position that you have to move yourself into position.
As for kernels this is not my main phone so I cannot say what works best overall. FXP kernel works well with most of these CM10 based ROMs though unless you try Fusion 5.4 or Lupus v9(?) for a personal preference.

Any FXP Cm10 File Will Work As There Is No Change Since FXP215 But If You Have FXP223 Then Well And Good!!
All Files Will Some Up About 1Mb Not More Than That!!!

Okey done ! Here it is ! Sorry it takes a little longer , the "default_flash.dat" in system>usr>semc>camera is missing ! FXP223 doesnt have it . :laugh:

Beautiful rom! I just installed it! I believe it is fast too! But i faced some fc's...The walkman when i chose the option to look all my music fc.The same happened when i chose to look all my photo albums.The album force closed.I cleared the data of walkman and album as well but i faced the same thing.
KitKat is boring after a while, after all I miss the Sony UI ..
Time to refresh memories with this one, looks so beautiful on the screen shots.
Testing this with Suave v5, (best battery life on ICS kernels, hands down).
Will try to report back in the morning

I uploaded the fix for walkman flash it, clear data of walkman 1st

Used it for two days. This is my review about the Rom.
The performance of this rom was good. Camera was good.
Small apps worked flawlessly.
The most important one is that the dialer was very quick when compared to other rom.
Got fc while accessing settings (apps management) and ram cleaning.
WiFi, Bluetooth and gallery were working well.
Sony Album could be replaced by Sony Gallery2 to save space.
Overall a good Rom with all the required functions.

That is strange bug, did you do a clean install?
Or it could be you have deleted SemcGenericUxpRes.apk from framework
Try changing the theme accent from Theme Changer and you will get back the SemcGenericUxpRes.apk
The ROM, As the name suggests has been tried to be kept close to Xperia Z UI so Album was to be added instead, and is fast too
You may use QuickPic app supplied with this ROM for ICS Gallery like grid view

The same thing as above, App has accidentally deleted SemcGenericUxpRes.apk without replacing it, Try the app again, it happens sometimes but the app works 90% times

1st tell us what does the error say, 2nd check that if "Sony" folder is in your sd card or not, & inside it there should be different color named folders with a "SemcGenericUxpRes.apk" inside each. Check if you deleted any of them or not

Awesome ROM i have been using kitkat for a while thought will give try your ROM for sony UI and i have to tell you very stable ROM so far found nothing negative very smooth and stable, great battery life what else i can ask for. Keep up the good work
i feel brightness is low i forgot the code for max brightness for buld.prop anybody tell me what should i do for that. Thank you
i have neo v unlocked by test point i install this rom first wih select unlocked but sony boot appear and restart again after 15 seconds and i do this installation again with locked but stay same problem appear to me

Thanks for the review, but isn't making maximum brightness from Settings>Display enough for you? anyways you can replace the hw-config from the rom you think brightness was perfect :good:

flash stock ics ftf 4.1.b.0.587 then this Rom following instruction. I think you are trying to flash it from gingerbread firmware
