I was wondering if there was a way to change the Google search widget so it was transparent with a white outline like you see on other versions of ICS?

Circle battery icon mod or all icons? Pics of which mod you are talking about will be helpful.

But I would like to change my icon application like example say Facebook and tweeter and my phone application. I really appreciate if someone could tell me how to get a circle icon design for all my apps.

search 'apex themes' on the market...
I'd put my money on Mike's reply as well; search the market for themes.
And, could you change the topic to something more descriptive than "How to??", which isn't the best choice for a topicname

yes, apex themes include icon packs so your icons will be changed.

I do not have bloatwares on my phone that means AccuWeather is not inside, so is there any way to get this cool transparent weather widget??

that widget you are talking about is for Stock Roms..Paranoid Android is AOSP based ROM..so unfortunately it is a no..unless someone has ported it..check in themes section..

use holo launcher or any other launcher from google play..u'll get new icons!

If you want to edit only icons on homescreen tnen follow what the person above me said, and if you want to change the icons on app drawer then use apkedit version 0.4 from xda

Hey guys can someone port cm11's systemui.apk to our stock jb?, I want that beautiful swipe ability between pages and yeah I searched in the thread be4 and I only found android 4.4 kitakt systemui.apk but it dosent have swipe between the 2 panels, anyway tyx in advance!
