this is the QVGA HTC bootanimation for our mini
download, use root explorer to navigate to /system/media and replace the bootanimation with this 1....looks pretty good to me
P.S. sorry if am reposting, i earched the forum,but didn't find this, so thought 2 share

No,it might not work with stock launcher. It works only with Honami Home....
