as i don't have the NOTE II yet. i can't test my first wallpaper I made.
i used a photo i took of an eagle and found an picture of the american flag via google. it was made available in a photoshop contest as free to use.
as i am proud of the photo of the eagle i'm sharing it as a wallpaper. please refrain from using it as your own, and redistribute it in other images.
nobody likes watermarks so i'm trusting you to do the right thing.
I hope it fits nicely on the screen
2 more wallpapers! for you to enjoy, first one is a photo i took in schotland, second one, the female, random picture from the internet. really like her eyes. no further info on that one! took out the colors except eyes for more focus and less distraction!
Just some of the wallpapers I've collected from various posts here and around. Not all are for the note but I resize/crop them when using. The full resolution ones are in a zip which somehow I am unable to upload. If you need any just PM me. Credit goes to the uploaders. Hope you like them.

720 x 1280 but I try and get 1440 x 2560 because I think that it looks better.
If you have scrolling wallpapers, 1440 x 1280 is the correct size. If not, you can ONLY use 720 x 1280 portions of the wallpaper.

With all resolution I tried, 1440x1280, 1600x1200, I cannot set the whole wallpapers for the Home Screen. It's strange when Note got the same resolution with my previous One X. Anyone know why is that?

Unless you use a 3rd party launcher you need 720x1280 wallpapers.

Love that red one but not optimized to fit the screen
I love the Tegra 3 one but the resolution sucks and doesn't fit right any way you could fix that?

Like maybe put the deception logo on another chip instead of on the board itself....
And it would be cool to do one without the transformer logo at all... Shouldn't be hard to have 2 versions..

I didnt know what the proper format for honeycomb wallpapers was when I made mine. I am gonna redo them shortly.

It's just wallpapers in general but so far they gave all been prime themed but none were made for the resolution I'm sure they are being fixed now
the wallpapers need to be 1280x800(Prime) or higher resolution.. keep them coming and thanks!
I am probably an idiot, well yes I am an idiot. But when trying to apply a wallpaper at 1280x800 I can not stretch out the guides enough to cover the whole image. Then what is selected it gets blown up and looks horrible.
The correct wallpaper dimensions can be found here. Have to do them this way until ICS hits the Prime.

actually you aren't stuck with this method. I have figured out a way to apply wallpapers like they're supposed to be with no loss in quality. applying through gallery or quick menu forces you to crop the picture resulting in the images you posted. check out my method.
go to marketplace and get a free app called picSpeed wallpapers. install it. it has high res. wallpapers and has its own proper way of applying wall papers. but any how go to the stock prime gallery app and choose your pic you want to apply as the wallpaper. press set as. then choose wallpaper. now, since you installed that app I mentioned, a pop up menu will show asking you which method do you want to use to apply the wallpaper. choose PicSpeed method. now it will allow you to apply the whole image without being forced to crop, having loss of quality, or looking zoomed up like crazy. Enjoy. as this method has been proven. also, on apply wallpaper through gallery app. don't do it through the quick menu where all the Widgets are at. if you do, then you will be forced to apply the wallpaper the gallery/stock method.

The touchpad runs at 1024x768 but if you want a proper wallpaper you'll need 1536x1024

Well, that is one of those duh moments for me.
As a side note, I get the highest resolution I can and use QuickPic for my gallery, and for when I set my wallpapers. It works really well and doesn't give you some weird crop that you can get from the stock gallery sometimes

I always use image2wallpaper or crop wallpaper app to crop and apply wallpaper. Of course those walls resolution are at least = screen height.

and do you know if the notification bar cropped from the wallpaper automatically or I should exclude it?
I know from my SII,if the wallpaper is not match your screen size, you will not get a good result (samsung resize the wallpaper really bad),I'm not sure if this is the case in Note II too, but I think its better to get wallpaper fit your phone by yourself.
I hope I'll get my note2 soon, and I'm preparing for some wallpaper...any help appreciated.
