READ CAREFULLY!
● Download and flash via CWM Recovery. Don't forget to make a backup (at least SystemUI.apk if using deodexed rom or SystemUI.apk and SystemUI.odex if using odexed)!
● flash Simplistic Framework Remover before flashing 4.1.2 stock, 15 and 23 toggles MODs to get them work, if you're Omega v7.4 (or newer) user or currently using Simplistic Framework MOD
● Simplistic Framework and my JB 4.1.2 Simplistic Framework MOD are not compatible with: any (excluding lockscreen) clocks, statusbar and battery themes! To get coloured and center clocks, transparent statusbar (with different transparency levels) you should use Simplistic Control app!
● if you're TWRP user - http://teamw.in/VRThemes Thanks to prdog1 for his finding!
● For using any battery theme (except Stock battery themes), "Icons set", "Notification Statusbar", "Homescreen transparent Statusbar" and "statusbar clock" themes you MUST flash MOD from the second or third (your fw related) post before!
● If you have rooted odexed rom, try the next:
- download MOD
- backup original /system/app/SystemUI.apk and /system/app/SystemUI.odex
- delete /system/app/SystemUI.odex
- reboot into recovery
- wipe cache and dalvik cache
- flash MOD
● Don't forget to choose version for your current FW if this pointed near the download link!
A Short Tutorial
For example you wish to have "Center Clock Blue + Gauge Blue battery + Blue brightness slider with blue checkbox + Blue Signal Meters and status icons" but there is no such mod/theme here...
To get it you need:
- download MOD from the second post
- download "Blue icons set" theme
- download "Gauge Blue battery" theme
- put MOD and themes to your internal sdcard
- reboot into recovery
- flash MOD (at first) and themes one after the other at once
- reboot
Done... Enjoy your own mod
To make your own Notification pulldown (also if you don't like transparency) you should do the next:
- download MOD(*)
- download Pulldown Image theme (by default background (back.png) is black and non-transparent)
- make your own back.png (720x1280 or in proportion to 720x1280)
- replace back.png in JB_ST_OWN_NPBG_theme.zip > vrtheme/system/app/SystemUI.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi with your file using any archive manager
- put MOD and theme to your internal sdcard(*)
- reboot into recovery
- flash MOD (at first) and theme one after the other at once(*)
- reboot
*if you already have MOD installed you should only flash theme with your own back.png inside
Done... Enjoy your own notification pulldown
You can find a lot of amazing Notification pulldown themes or ask to make your own here - New Notification Mod / Other Goodies For Note II (Thanks @vegeta1)

Is it possible to have some themed clocks that are not centered. A grey one in the normal stock position would be exactly what I need.

Custom Background Images Replacer:
1 - Download attached (Custom_Background_Images_Replacer.zip) and put it on your sdcard
2 - Open it with 7-Zip (or another .zip manager)
3 - Go to folder \serajr\system\app\SystemUI.apk\res\drawable-mdpi\
4 - Replace the 4 image files by your own custom png files (keep same name and pixel size)
5 - Ok, now flash it on CWM Recovery. A backup folder with original SystemUI.apk will be created in your sdcard (serajr-backup), delete it if you want

It looks good, specially the ICS settings toggle buttons, but I'm using now a SystemUI.apk that has a brightness bar, and its really useful because you can easily adjust it to your needs, so would it be possible for you to add a brightness bar below the toggles? then it would be more awesome

When I'm click the system UI icon on panel it crashes with the pop up
" Unfortunately, System UI has stopped"
Then the status bar becomes completely blank.

* I made a mod for me with one of your statusbar tabbed, my moded apk settings, and the colors available of the transformation pack of ThilinaC. But I need the yellow and red font colors. Flashing the zip, I have the systemUI in green, toogles in green, osb, settings, and the font.

Hi! Congrats for this mod, this is one of the things which give mean to root. Very useful because it has the brightness bar and I can hide the battery percentage which it was making me paranoid
If I can tell a bug...(I'm on Jelly Sandwich 7.4), every time I wipe cache, dalvik cache and fix permission in cwm I lost the settings in "status bar preferences".

But I think you have to fix the icon for HSDPA, because instead of the H icon, 4G icon comes up.

H is still 3G (evolved) may be HSDPA, HSPA+...
I'm pretty sure Neo V and my carrier don't support 4G. It's supposed to be "H" (HSDPA ?), not 4G

1_Open "v7.2_Custom_Images_Replacer.zip" it with 7-Zip (or another .zip manager)
2_Go to folder \serajr\system\app\SystemUI.apk\res\drawable-mdpi\ & \drawable-hdpi\
3_Replace the image files by your own custom png files (keep same name and pixel size) (user image size should be 160w*90h=or=3264w*1836h)
4_Ok, now flash it on CWM Recovery. A backup folder with original SystemUI.apk will be created in your sdcard (serajr-backup), delete it if you want

I think that it's a independent mod, there shouldn't be a problem to install it alone.

you can use it directly
both as same
Just a Note : if you want the 2.4 mod and this 7.2 statusbar together , you should first install 2.4 mod and then install 7.2 statusbar

BTW new mod is just fine, works like a charm and it's fast.
Bugs are resolved ...one still exist - when change some settings in SettingsUI should become restart of SystemUI but settings not applied.
Need to reboot. Little embarrassing be not so bad can live with it

Got bug if conected to wifi both wifi n network icon become blue but if only network than it become white
