I am running the stock OTA and wondering if i can hide the quick settings tab on the notification panel... any advice?

Is there a possibility to get the ICS notification bar (with the option to disable all apps notifications with a toggle button) in Jelly Bean? I have now the Omega v31 ROM installed on my Samsung S3 but another Rom also is an option for me if just the ICS notification bar is possible.
I know that Jelly Bean can disable notifications per app. But in ICS I had a toggle button which disables all notifications on the upper left site of the screen? Or maybe there is an app/widget which does the trick but I can't find one. Searching for days now...
Is there any way to add expanded desktop option to power menu like the one which gravity box is having. And also any way to enable heads up notification like cyanogenmod. Please help

There should be a QSlide icon among the customizebable quick settings panel in order to set which QSlide capable apps' icon should appear in the QSlides panel. This button is however missing. How to customize the content of the QSlide bar without it? Thanks for any help

I've tried quick settings from playstore which worked on my asunder devices but doesn't seem to work on the Sony
I don't want to root so hopefully a non root way
