I used to keep my todo list on an S Note page linked to a 2 x 2 widget on my home screen. Why couldn't Samsung leave this in Note 2? Can someone point me to a solution by which I can have at least something similar to a 2 x 2 S Note widget?

You can use Jot from play store to do the same. You'll need to resize it's widget down but it works the same way in the end. I was also unhappy with that widget missing.
Use another launcher such as nova

as of now - no.
Send a request to Microsoft but, to be honest, I dont think you will ever see it.
Maybe you'll see something to see your score or chat with friends but, games with Achivements, I can't ever see it.

I'm looking for a transparent Google Voice widget. I've searched high and low on XDA and the web and have probably tried 8 different apks that claim to be transparent but they don't work for me. I had one working on my Epic but the transparency doesn't show on the Note 2. I'm running Sprint stock LJC rooted. Any help would be appreciated, but please, don't post a link unless you've tried it and know it works. Thanks!

Here, just made this-- made it mostly transparent (since it contains text) to make it legible on most backgrounds.
FYI, the widget layout is different for the epic, which is why it wasn't showing up the same on the note.

The first clock is a remake of the newly released Google Now widget, which all I did was change a few things up top. (*I also have it set up to launch Google Now when pressed.*) With this app, you can download this clock and other clocks I've made or clocks made by others. You can also make your own clocks, upload them and share them for the world to download and have on their phones. I am using and have only used the pro version. I'm not sure of the limitations for the free version and if all of these features are available. I'll update this page as I create more clocks.

I have tried everything and I can't seem to be able to get Month or Day of Month to align vertically as shown in the picture below.
Is this even possible? I know it is using the Week Bar, but I'm not so sure about the others. I can't figure out where the option is to make anything else besides the Week Bar go vertical like someone did in the picture below. Is this picture just a fake or what?
Any help at all is greatly appreciated!

As far as I remember this widget can be found in the templates of Zooper Widget app.
I don't know if it can be done with UCCW too.

On my old Note 10.1 2014 Edition, there is a way to turn apps into "floating apps". Its like having an app run in windowed mode, and can be moved around the screen. With the Tab S3 I can not seem to find this function. Anyone know if this is still possible?

Yes, for some apps you can drag the app from the top right corner and make it into window mode. You have to make sure pop up view action under multiwindows settings is enabled.
