My bad.. XDa tablet app is crap and search doesn't work well.. So I couldn't see it.. Reverted to browser access instead..

Even if you have the data, the file checking process will still show up, and there'll still be an error. It seems that Gameloft had closed down the downloading / file checking lines (may not be true, I read this online), so who have done the checking part before will be able to play. Also I read that the official version will be out in the weekend.

After a little use I like it. Seems to be preforming quite well and it's rather speedy. The prediction doesn't do me very well because this thing just doesn't understand how I talk yet haha.

No they cannot. N.O.V.A 3 is a PAID app. Sharing of paid apps is considered warez and not allowed on XDA. If you got the app from the market, and its not working, you need to report your issues to the developers. That is why they have an email address posted with their app description.
