[Q] Where do you download your wallpapers from? - Galaxy Note II Themes and Apps

Just wondering. There are tons of apps out there. Are there any really good ones? Thanks!

Zedge ia great. Lots of variety

Google image search when I find an artist who's work I like. The wallpaper apps tend to be full of the same generic shiny stuff.

i have made few wallpapers which are of the highest HD quality compatible with Note2. Hope you can find a one you like :good:

I really enjoy Pattrn (search it in google play), you have an option of "surpirse me" so each morning you have a new wallpaper ^.^ it just brake the rutine.

Wallbase is also great , you can find it in plaYstore

+1 for Picspeed. I use it with multipicture live and set it to change my picture every minute. You have to point multipicure to your picspeed folder.

Zedge provides a nonsense resolution for Note II walls which can't be set properly.
I always Google my desired walls.

Here are enough!!

The resolution of Note 2 screen is 720x1280. So if you want to set a portrait wallpaper the optimal size should be same. But other portrait walls will work too. And if you want to set landscape then it'd be 1280x720.
I never liked and understood the meaning of scrolling walls. If you like different walls then one should use Multi Picture Live wall or something.

Wallpaper App
Droidiris App in the market is great. It lets you search bing, google, flicker and picasa in a pretty neat interface, especially on a tablet. I get all my wallpapers from there.
My friends are amazed at what my "Ipad" can do! LOL!

Wallpaper

Got a few questions about the wallpaper on this note. 1. Is there no way to make scrolling wallpaper? 2. Why with 5.3 inches of screen per home can I only use one tiny section of a picture to make the wallpaper?

Download 3D gallery

or install Quickpic and set wallpaper with it
I don't see how 3d gallery will give me scrollable wallpaper and quickpic gives the same options as the stock wallpaper picker. I appreciate the offers guys, but what I need was when I select an image as my background, I want it to go to the left and right when I swype, not just stay the same image that is constrained in that little box.

You cant use scrollable wp on TW. The best option is to use a Launcher from playstore. i.e.for ICS..Apex, Nova. For GB...Go Launcher, ADW, Launcher Pro.
-Once you go NOTE, you'd say 4 inches a Joke
Scrollable wallpaper can be added to gb. I have it working on mine. The mods are in apps section

Wallpaper Wizardry rocks! Check the Play store.

Wallpaper

I've had android forever. But why can't I get my wallpaper to be landscape in this phone?
Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk 2
By landscape, do you mean scrolling? Touchwiz doesn't support scrolling wallpapers. You could use another launcher and an app like Wallpaper Setter or Wallpaper Wizardrii from the market if you wanted scrolling wallpapers.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
I use nova. But I'll try that app thank you

SIII Wallpaper questions

Does anyone know if the S3 is capable of wallpaper scrolling? All of the wallpaper I download using Zedge will not work correctly due to having to crop the photo. If the S3 isn't capable of wallpaper scrolling, does anyone know where I can find wallpaper that actually fits the phone?
Works fine on my Verizon S3. Just have to use the set button from inside Zedge app.

I had the same issue as well. Installed picspeed wallpaper app, from default gallery choose set as then select picspeed and it'll give you the option of scrollable wallpaper.

Does your wallpaper actually scroll though? I just downloaded the app (like the wallpapers by the way) and while it gives you the option to set the wallpaper as scrollable, the wallpaper isn't scrolling.
Use a different launcher. Touchwiz doesn't work well with scrolling wallpapers.

forced to crop wallpaper

why am i forced to crop 1080 images when its the perfect size.
is there any way apart from downloading some app ?
Scrollable wallpapers on 1080p screens require an image with a resolution of 2160x1920.
