[Mod] Flashable Advanced Power Menu - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

I've been looking for a flashable advanced power management menu for the tf201 and couldn't find one.
Then while reading mrwookie thread i saw that androwook has one, so extracted it and flahed it to my device which is running craigacgomez's jb jr003c stocked deodexed rom.
The only credit i take is for making it flashable and posting it. The real source was team wookie, so thanks to them for their work.

I heard from another user that it works on the JB stock rom for unlocked devices.
I am antrigued to hear if it works on ics as well. I compared it to a similar ics menu flash and they look the same, so I suspect it will work.
That said backup, backup and backup before flashing anything and report back.
Cheers,
Dz

Brilliant! Works a treat on Stock ROM based on WW Jelly Bean 10.4.2.15 (Android 4.1.1)! Sweeeet Update!

Thank you, but i am little more than a trained monkey. The real thanks go to mrwookie and team wook as described above.
That said, i'm glad you like it!

Great Work! Any chance you could add the extended desktop to it? Its in TeamEOS3 and the new CM10 from Craig. Its a great feature to hide the whole bottom bar for true full screen

Glad you like it... It was sorely needed in the stock deodexed. But Im really not a dev (this was my first flashable mod) and it takes me a lot of time to figure something like this out. Just a middle aged guy with a wife, kids and job who screws around with his gadgets... Probably too much. So to answer your question, probably not. But it may not be that hard for you to figure out.

I trird porting the CM10 power menu last night and it my tab frroze in boot, so while im sure it can be done the crossover is not as straightforward. Same goes for screen extension since it would be a port from CM10 as well. It might be easier to use a launcher that hides the bottom bar. Don't apex and adw do that?

Apex does but only on the homescreen. I'm going to tinker with some things myself to try and get it to work.

Water live wallpaper from Asus Transformer

APK is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1048959
I doubted that this would work, but it kind of does - I am running CM7 nightly 55 with 1.3ghz oc
I simply installed the live wallpaper with a file manager and it runs, the water works and everything, but the images of the ice cubes and the bubbles are just white squares. Maybe someone else knows how to do this? There are two APKs in that thread, one is signed and one is unsigned. The MyWater.apk does not install, the MyWater_signed.apk will install.
I know this is a honeycomb live wallpaper, but it works this far, can we get it working all the way?
Also, I my screenshot app sucks, I just installed one real quick
Cool, it would be great if someone could get this to work.
same thing on my Nexus One. Seems the textures are missing or something.

After reading a little bit more into it, it appears to rely heavily on the tegra 2 proc in the other devices... so we are probably SOL.

I just extracted it and had a look...it's a Honeycomb widget...that sucks, cause honeycomb kinda blows, but I think it'll work on a Nook with the sdk version of honeycomb...I've got it installed on another Nook...charging now...I'll let you know in a little bit whether It works or not....btw, Animated Weather widget from the Market beats pretty much anything I've ever seen.....(If you're into weather that much....)
EDIT....It is recognized by nook running Honeycomb....it tries to install it, but there are too many system calls for Asus to simply change a permission or a line in one file to get this going without de/recompiling it, and frankly, it's beyond my ability ..Good luck, though...

it's giving force close on my nexus one. any one can help?
This is a very cool wallpaper, but am I the only one finding that it gobbles up battery like there's no tomorrow? Even compared to other live wallpapers I've run this one seems a battery killer (I've been using the "Bamboo Forest" LWP for the past few weeks and not noticed anything like this).
Can you modify the apk so that the water level is around the 60% mark? I have a clock at the too that I'd like to keep.

From what i read, the water level is actually a battery indicator, so locking it might be difficult...

[Req] Sense 4 HtcIME

Found a nodded version of it already... But it kept forceclosing. Guessing it wasn't tweaked correctly for 3.6. Can someone with the knowhow out there tweak the HTCIME from 4.0 to work with 3.6? I like the look of it a lot better, plus it adds the directional pad to boot which would make life a lot easier at times =)

Since this is the only one I found in a very long search, I gave it a shot anyways, understandable that it didn't work since its probably tweaked for vanilla android -
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1585493
Hmm... Short of installing a Rom and extracting the apk with astro, jot sure of the vest method to successfully extract. Simply digging through the one S's Rom and extracting the apk from the zip directly failed (I got "did not install" from package installer). If there's a better way to extract the apk error free that might be all it takes to get it working for us =)

Sweet. Thank you =). The only thing (from the screenshots anyways) it seems to be missing are the arrows that allow you to move the cursor... But I presume that'd probably be pretty difficult to get to work on sense 3.6?

Need some smali skills to hack the keyboard to unlock it's 'hidden' arrows.. but unfortunately I don't have such skills.. sorry for that..
Future plan: I will ask for other themers / modders help for changing the keyboard text color to white, so that it will match the Sense 4 theme.. grey kb with black text looks ugly for me..
Looks like the updater-script does not works with your device.. even zip flashed successfully but the apk does not actually installed.. I will make another updater-script later and repack the zip file
For now please extract the HTC_IME.apk from the zip, push it into system/app, set permission, reboot and enjoy
The keyboard with arrows suck major donkey Richards. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really want it.

[THEME] Awesome Blackness - Quick Settings for Jelly Bean :)

Updated 30/10:
1. When System Bar is locked the DOT is shown and NOT the Padlock.
2. Changed Back, Home & Recent Apps back to ICS icons.
Enjoy
Inspired by dpwhitty11's theme created for .21 and a desire to learn how to do it I have modified the SystemUI.apk file for - [ROM] WW Stock Jelly Bean 10.4.2.15. By: redvirus.
I have pulled the apk from redvirus's deodexed stock Jellybean ROM. (Thanks redvirus :good: ). I'm new to this so I cant confirm it will work for any other ROM & using this is at your own risk.
If you do try it on another ROM please let me know the results and I'll update this thread accordingly.
All I have done is created a Flat Black theme for the Asus Quick settings menu.
Confirmed Working on :
1. [ROM] WW Stock Jelly Bean 10.4.2.15. By: redvirus.
2. Hairy Bean 1.3(Thanks wheels01, knucklehead_11)
Instructions:
1. You must be rooted. (To access the System files)
2. Download the modified SystemUI.apk and copy to your TFP.
3. Using Root Explorer navigate to system/app.
4. Rename current SystemUI.apk to SystemsUI.apk.bak
5. Copy new downloaded SystemUI.apk file to the same directory (system/app).
6. Set Permissions to rw-r-r
7. Reboot.
Notes.... Don't know why but my wallpaper reverted to Asus Day Scene. Just change it back. Apart from that everything seems to be working
Your feedback & suggestions are welcome:
Enjoy.

I've done similar edits to my systemui, but it looks like we ran into the same problem with .9.png's leaving colors behind (the blues). It would be cool to have it completely monochrome with the exception of processor speed toggles, and making internet access show bright white with network access being dimmer (to differentiate between the former white/blue). Basically everything neutral and monochrome.
Oh and a white clock.
