I just upgraded my ICS samsung S3 to [CWM][XXDLJ5][JB][4.1.1] Odexed & Deodexed Stock Roms on my Samsung Galaxy SIII:
My questions are:
1- Is it rooted already?
2- How can I install custom ROM such as Omega I9300 XXDLJ4 v31.1 Jelly Bean into the device? Is it the same way using ODIN and just flash in?

current rom ics 4.03, baseband 19100xxlps, kernel siyah v4.1.1
upgraded to above from gingerbread 2.3.0 using odin for rom and recovery for kernel.
seems to be working ok for now
As long as you don't use stock Samsung 4.0.4. kernel, and kernels based on it, you're safe.

how to install 4.2.2 jb on samsung s3 i9300.i reverted back to stock rom 4.1.2 from cm10.1 nightly builds because many s3 samsung features were missing in that.does leaked 4.2.2 jb contains samsung s3 features will i be able to receive official samsung updates.my device is showing official status in download mode but counter value is one.please suggest me

Root your phone using CF-Auto-Root and Use Traingle Away app to reset The Binary Count.
After the Download and Flash with Android 4.2.2 UFME7 using Odin
All the S3 Features are there in I9300XXUFME7 – Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
Please Note : Do not flash with I9300XXUFME3. Its not Stable (Mainly Battery Drain isuue & No connectivity to Kies)

i have a galaxy s3 mini 4.1.2 android version and i want to update it to 4.2.2 or better and i cant do it any help would be good
There are no official Samsung based updates past 4.1.2 for your phone. You would need to install a custom recovery and update via a custom rom like Cyanogenmod.
