ABOUT THE ROM
Xperia Ultimate HD is an very fast ICS ROM, it gives you a super beautiful user interface combined with blazing fast Speed and AROMA Installer.
Sure, there are a lot ROM's out, which claim for Stability and Performance. Lots of them are very similar. So I wanted to make Something Unique. I added own Wallpapers, Settings and lots exclusive stuff for you. Just Try It or read the Feedback of lot satisfied Users. By popular request I ported to complete 2011 Xperia Line-Up. With this, my newest ROM, you'll get all-in-one ROM. Really, I tried to give you the best experience possible. Most of system apps are from Jelly Bean or Xperia T. In addition, I tried to implement Project Butter, added adreno Jelly Bean and lots of other tweaks and stuff from Jelly Bean. I recommend to use PANIC Kernel, but you can use every ICS kernel. So, happy flashing everyone!

For Locked Bootloaders:
1.Get root
2.Get cwm
3.wipe factory/data
4.wipe cache
5.format system
6.wipe dalvik cacahe

8.Flash the rom(choose 1st install in aroma)
9.Reboot
10.again reboot to cwm
11.flash the Ultimate HD mod

FAQ's
1.i get lot of fc and some graphics issues somewhere.
simple disable on screen navigation from settings
2.i deselected the AOSP lockscreen on settings but still it work
u have to falsh the Ultimate HD mod to make it work
3.systemUI fc while choosing the quick panel
simple go to settings>notification toggles > and uncheck all the toggles then it will work.

After couple of seconds all will be fine. Also, 2G & torch toggle doesn't work. It has a modded framework thus made this beautiful.Thanks to jobayer for his help. Should work with any ICS kernel.

Try rebooting twice after flashing modules. & make sure you flash 1.30 modules not earlier versions modules. & This rom doesn't have a modified tiwlan so wifi should work

Instructions(READ n FOLLOW CAREFULLY):
You need to be on latest .54 official ICS(CLEAN VERSION IS REQUIRED). So flash official ICS .54 FTF via flashtool.
Let it boot properly.
Download eXperience.zip and transfer to internal memory.
Now flash Munjenis CWM kernel.
Boot into recovery mode.
Flash the eXperience.zip via CWM.
You will be entered in AROMA
Now follow the instructions(Select your device carefully and specially be careful in Speedy Droid menu.) select the apps you want to install and remove.
Let it boot properly and then boot to Recovery.
Do a wipe data/factory reset.
Wipe Dalvik Cache

It might take long time to update media database if you have too much files on your SD and external SD. During updation your media apps(Walkman, Album, Movies) will not show media files(mp3, images, videos).
Have patience and give time your device to settle.
It is recommended, you don't change pre-defined options in aroma for more faster and smoother performance.
Do not report for boot loops. Booting will take time, long time if you are on unlocked bootloader.

Instructions(READ & FOLLOW CAREFULLY):
Flash any Stock .75 FTF (use flashtool).
Let it boot properly.
Download small apps parts 1 and 2 and place them on your SD Card.

Now flash your favorite CWM kernel.
Boot to CWM recovery.
Flash Part 1, wipe dalvik cache (In advanced) and reboot.
Let it boot and update android and go until you see the ask of the code pin.
Turn off by pressing Power and Volume + a few seconds.
Come back in recovery and flash Part 2.
Reboot.
Download eXperience.zip and transfer to internal memory.
Now boot into CWM recovery mode and flash the eXperience.zip.
You will be entered in AROMA
follow the instructions(Be careful in Speedy Droid menu.) select the apps you want to install and remove.
NOTE: Use volume and power button in aroma, touch will not work not properly until we get touch calibration points data.
Reboot and you are done!! :good:

What about the upload? Divash said this evening...In my country it is 11:50 am, so launch time...When may I expect to see the firmware? I ask because CM 9.1 has been giving me some troubles since yesterday, my P can't connect to my home wifi any more (I own other Android devices which work perfectly) and yesterday evening I had to reboot it cause touch screen didn't responded any more...

We all know the JJ'Hybrid rom AOSP & Sony. Well this is a small continuation of that rom. Updating some and including some improvements.

-Changed Digital Clock widget by AOKP with Motorola clock timer. We sacrifice the digital clock timer. Something visual for something effective.
-New icon for connected DLNA devices

[*] Place my Rom zip into SD Card
[*] Locked Bootloaders get CWM Installed
[*] Boot into CWM
[*] Wipe Data/Factory Reset
[*] Wipe Cache Partition

Problem : If your rom doesn't boot up, stuck at kernel logo, feels lags, have very minimal amount of RAM then Re check If you have followed all the proper steps correctly or not
Navigation Bar : To disable Navigation Bar/On screen buttons/ those tiny 3 buttons on the bottom of the Screen, go to Settings>Navigation Bar,disable it then reboot the Device.
Lockscreen : If lockscreen doesn't change normally,then 1st follow the upper step to disable Navigation Bar. Then change lockscreen from Settings>Lockscreen Style. Then again go to Navigation Bar,disable it without reboot then again go to Lockscreen Style & change Lockscreen
SystemUI : If you have choosed Tabbed SystemUI in Aroma then sometimes your status bar clock can go in the middle & you will have internet speed shown in the status bar. This is not a bug. This is a feature. To take it back to usual stage use your Thumb in the left & Index Finger in the Right of Status bar. Then Drag those two fingers in the middle at a time. Also data toggle won't work if you have wifi toggle on. I would also suggest not to use Tabbed SystemUI in Full Screen Mode. Go to SystemUI Preferences click on the 2nd tab & untick Fullscreen
Walkman : If Music tab on Walkman gives force close Issues, then disable Devices.apk with Titanium Backup or some apps like that
Apps : If some app gives fc issues then clear data of the app from Settings>Apps>All Apps
Root : If you have Root problem or lose Root then go to here & download & flash the latest SuperSU Binaries

Wow man you are great! The rom is already ready, as I sad before, I'll test.
I installed it and lost su access, and i couldn't flash the zip for it cuz i didn't have cwm .-. aaand i couldn't install cwm cuz of the su >.<
It was a vicious cycle xD

Friends, you should look at this thread once[ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2221544 ]
It can solve your problem if this type of problem occurs in future again. But for now I think you have to root again.

Oh sorry for that...But did you went back to cwm main menu after flashing it,then reboot (cause there it will ask for root permission fix) ??
