Ordered a 16 GB in the first 15 minutes, and it still shows pending.

I called in, and the representative blamed Nexus 4 sales for my slow order. What is going on? People have already received their tablets.. Is anyone else in this boat? I've never paid 15 bucks to ship anything before, and for such slow response it's really aggravating.
Anyone sharing my frustration?

Consider yourself lucky, mine still shows "pending". yeah, I don't know why they can't ship it to retail. My worst fear is that it's going to take a week and a half to get here, have horrible light bleed, and i'll have to send it back >_< If I could buy it at walmart, I would have it by now, and if it were defective I could take it back and swap it at will. Also, 15 dollars for shipping? And tax? There's no advantage to this online nonsense, only pitfalls.

Same here. Still shows as pending with a shipping estimate of November 15th. Charge hasn't gone through on the credit card either. I didn't even order the 32gb, I ordered the 16, which is still available on the Play Store. This is ridiculous.
Ordered the 16GB within the first 30 minutes, got a shipping e-mail this morning at 3AM, shipped from Louisville, KY. Scheduled for Friday delivery.

Got one of mine from there yesterday as well. Received an email from HP a little while ago saying the order will be processed within 72 hours.
Ordered mine from HP SMB site on saturday and got a confirmation email within the hour. I logged into my order status using the email they sent and my status says 'Back Ordered'. In response to many tweets inquiring about chances of actually getting a touchpad, Bryna Corcoran, HP Social Media Manager, states "Chances R good IF 1) were charged 2) got order # email 3) sent another final confirmation email. If one of those is missing...don't hate me."
So i guess if we are back ordered they just hang on to our money until they decide.

I placed my order around 10:00 PM PDT last night. Today at 2:50 PM I received an email saying they were going to cancel my order because their inventory was depleted before my order was processed. Yet my order status page still shows a ship date of 24 August.
Anyway, their email excuse makes no sense: shouldn't they have decremented their inventory count after every order? I'm suspicious that they lined up order processing not by arrival time but by shipping time; those of us too cheap to go for overnight shipping ended up getting the shaft.
Yep, mine was canceled from B&N too. Order was around midnight EST I think.

It went by order of "first come first serve." I ordered mine on 12/3 with the 2nd day shipping and got my tracking number on the 23rd. It's currently in Louisville, KY headed to Erie, PA. Should be here on Wednesday.

Expedited, not highest, and ordered abut 4.5 hours after they opened this up on friday, about 9 pm eastern time on the east coast, where I am. And got my tracking number about an hour ago.

First, I know that you're talking about BB because I've been following that thread. Others will have no idea what you're talking about. BB's ordering and fulfillment is FUBAR. To the point it made the national news. Most likely, just like the original pre-order fiasco, many people that tried to order the Grey unit meant as a swap for screwed up Champagne pre-orders will get a cancellation notice. Even with the first pre-orders, people got tracking numbers only to have their orders canceled because there were no units in the warehouse to physically ship. With BB, you can't say your order's succesful until you see the package show in transit on the UPS or FedEx website. And after the first round of this, there's not going to be a lot of sympathy for people that subjected themselves to it again.
Seriously, no need to created another thread. Just post in the one of many other threads.
Just be patient, im sure they got hundreds of orders to fill and are doing their best.

but people have called best buy saying indeed they have units in... not to mention that they charged me money, last time every bodies charges were pending and then canceled. My money was legitimately taken from my account.
Just phoned google and my Nexus 10 hasn't even been shipped yet and they said I might get it Monday.

I know you guys are disappointed but it might be a blessing.Just look at the nexus 7 forum at all the chaos from the 4.2 update.Maybe by the time you do get your tablet a lot of the apps might be updated where you can at least do something with your tablet besides look at it.
The update screwed up many of the apps most of us use and it might take a little time for getting them updated to work.I had rather unbox a tablet that has everything working than one where I can't use right off the bat. jmho

Just putting it out there, they stated that it will be shipped out by 2 business days not delivered by 2 days.
If you don't see the tracking info by the end of the day or tomorrow morning, then call and demand they give you back shipping cost or discount or something.
I'm with you on the frustration of waiting though. I feel like the last few days been forever long.

They do this all the time on a per order. I have been through it before.

I got in, placed the order, delivery to my Borderlinx US adress... everything OK.... But then it fails with payment.
Doesn't seem to accept my Swedish invoice adress assigned to my VISA.
Anyone with experience of this how you solve that?

Wow, it seems Google just sucks with ordering things on release day. I ordered my 32gb on 11/20/12 at 6:30pm and received the confirmation email within five minutes. I just received the shipped email today11/21/12 at 7pm and it shows its already in New Jersey with delivery set for Friday. I wasn't expecting it until next Wednesday.

I just received the shipped email today11/21/12 at 7pm and it shows its already in New Jersey with delivery set for Friday. I wasn't expecting it until next Wednesday.

Got my shipped notification too for Friday arrival, what's crazy is they flew it here overnight...I paid for 3-5 day shipping. In fact, UPS had it originally scheduled for Monday delivery (UPS Ground)
Looks like Google is eating overnight shipping costs to get these out to everyone..
