I need to reset the phone to factory setting but lost my samsung account password
Please help me how can I fix this.

Anyone tried to manually factory reset ?
Turn your phone off.
With the phone off, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key. You'll see the Android recovery screen.
Scroll to Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the Volume Up or Down keys. Select with the power key.
Scroll down to Yes, Delete User Data and select it.
Back on the first screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select it.
Your factory reset is now complete.
Go to Reboot System Now to restart the phone.

Secondly the audio menu via *#197328640# has been blocked, it says "CAUTION!!! Menu being blocked."
Before change of motherboard it use to work.

You have the correct version, don't worry.
And I think the Audio Menu has some accessing problems on KF3, same happens with me. Just ignore that Caution and Press 1/2 (Menu- Input Key), you will be inside the Audi Menu

I don't know. My point is you're asking about the Galaxy Ace in the forum for the Galaxy SII. Two different devices.

I changed the rom from stock 2.3.6 to FOXHOUND Sniper Wolf, and i have one problem with this custom, my lock wallpaper disappears after reset the phone.
is there a any solution to keep her alive all the time ?
Probably is a bug of the custom rom! Try asking in the related thread

I don't understand this question, you installed this Lockscreen wallpaper and it goes away after you reset the phone? Obviously it's gonna go away since it's a reset

i mean reboot. i can see wallpaper since i type PIN code, but then after lock and unlock i have only black screen without wallpaper

it has some resolution issues means when you press volume up and down keys it looks like on the images

I tried this method, but it kept bricking my phone. Had to flash the chinese ICS again.
Does it matter which busybox you install? I tried it with this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=en

Well Found the problem for the error, needed to install Stericsons BusyBox.
But When You Say Press the Volume down button when you see the soft leds light up, Well It is not happening.

Well so is this CWM fully functional now? as I don't have my current stock rom backed up.. so I don't wanna brick the damn thing! So is it usable now? I just need the Backup & restore function... is the B&R option fully functional?

what man, nobody tested it before posting ? had wasted my mobile when recovery didnt worked. Is here anyone who can help me with my Samsung S4 Active (i9525)
I have rooted my phone succesfully, but today my screen turned out and won't get on, reset won't help so need to repair at Samsung...
But i need to unroot it for warranty blabla you know what i mean
the problem is, i have odin, but can't find the software to unroot, but my bigest problem is, how to get my phone into download mode bec i don't know exactly what to do after pressing menu, volume down and power, i thought i need to choose something on my screen but can's see that anymore :S
is there anyone who cann tell me exactly where to press on my screen...

I have done the unthinkable and accidentally flashed a galaxy y rom on my ace i. I can't access the recovery or download mode. I couldn't believe it when i saw that galaxy young splash screen on an ace i. When i power it up it shows the galaxy young black screen, camera flashes then the samsung boot music plays and switches to a black screen.
Have i f'ed up or is this recoverable?

Your solution is Go to service center because it wont recover now its an Hard Brick , these was happen with me also .
first you have posted in correct section but your solution is you can try these-- eject your battery , hold three buttons(which are used for entering in download mode) then insert the battery(while holding that buttons). this worked for me.

Yes it is possible i did it once and it worked just fine the only bad this is that because of the different screen sizes i couldn't manage it on a daily basis, so i ended up flasing via odin back to stock.

It is possible, as the both phones have the same BCM21553 chipset. That is why GT-S5570I users like me can also flash SGY ROMs.
But
Make sure the ROM zip does not contain a boot.img (kernel). That will hard brick your phone.
