Month widget for Nexus 10? - Nexus 10 Themes and Apps

Does anyone know of a good calendar widget for tablets that shows the full month view? I've got the GSIII and the s planner widget is my favorite calendar widget to date, but I'm sure the note 10.1 widget would be near impossible to port. I love being able to just scroll over and have an instant view of the month including the holidays and events. I've searched Google play, but haven't found anything that has the month view optimized for tablets. Any suggestions?

I've been using Touch Calendar (by Oliver Lan) on my Galaxy Note - couldn't get S Planner to work on Apex/Nova Launcher - it resizes suprisingly well on the Nexus 10. Try out the free version and see what you think.

Yeah I saw that one, but the free version doesn't include the widget, and the screen shots didn't show it on a tablet. Are you satisfied with it on the nexus?

Jorte looks good too, but its not resizable.
This is the largest(5x5).

I'm using the Google Calendar App and Wizz Widgets. Perfect combination for my needs.

Despite Sense's resource needs, Its an attractive UI.
I use ONLY 2 HTC widgets on each screen, no app icons. Thats what the app drawer is for.
Screens are:
Screen 1: Notes widget
Screen 2: Agenda calendar with Facebook birthdays and Friendstream with Twitter and FB
Screen 3: Homescreen, Music widget and bookmarks (Shown below)
Screen 4: Email widget and News widget for RSS feeds
Screen 5: Two gallery widgets showing two different albums

What you mean by pictures?! The Icons?! The Wallpaper?! The Icons are from the Market.... "Metro Icons". You need a custom launcher like "holo launcher" or "launcher pro" to use custom icons. Im using "Holo launcher" right now.

Ability to resize app icons..which launcher?

Hey
I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a launcher that will let me resize app icons on home screen...currently on nova and apex they're way to big for my taste and make a sweet device look as little Fisher Price !
I'm currently using cm10 previews and Adw ex, (which does let me resize) but overall I find Adw a little on the tempremental side when using with JB.
I'd
I'm after any info about launchers either ICS or JB that have this functionality.
Any info most welcome
Cheers guys

I'm not 100% on this, but maybe Lightning Launcher is your answer.
I think you can resize, tilt icons and **** with it.

with GOlauncher , you have the option to choose 3 sizes of icons.

You could also try multicon (https://play.google.com/store/apps/...e=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_term=multicon)
That way you'll be able to use any launcher you want and just resize the widget until your apps are tiny enough

Yep, +1 for go launcher. I've used it as standard on my last 3 phones, and it is vastly customisable. You can set the icons to any size you like (just not individually)

Home screen and apps menu

Hi is it just me or do you all have the same on your home screen and app menu
First one is the home screen menu when you click on the apps it dose it's effects and looks like it should fade up and out

But it's still there not much of a problem but it dose get a bit annoying as them buttons can't be used so what's the point of keeping them there when the space could be put to a better use like more spacing between apps or for another row of apps?
The second one is the little tabs at the bottom to show what screen you are on one seams to be selected all the time is this due to the screen resolution?

Don't have this issue but you could try another launcher or try going to the ICS or JB touchwiz mods and try another Launcher size e.g. 4 x 5 icons or 5 x 5 icons
Cheers I installed go launcher and it solved both problems I forgot to mention it's on stock ics.
Would like to here from any one else with a stock ics s3 if they have similar issues?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
That's not right, you should flash a different stock firmware, you might as well be on the latest firmware anyway.

Cheers for the reply. I will give it a go tomorrow as the launcher is draining my battery a bit more than I would like.

This is why I won't use Yahoo! Weather anymore.

Holy crap. That's horrible.
I keep trying various weather apps. I used Accuweather for quite a while and liked it, but I have a copy of Weatherbug Elite from an Amazon FAOTD ages ago, and that's my go-to now. No real battery craziness that I can see, nice looking, good hourly forecasts (need them for work), and I can make the temp in the status bar blue.
I've been using BeWeather for quite a while. The only issue I've EVER had with it is that it was too memory-heavy for my old Inspire on JB.
that's insane i use 1weather
Yahoo weather I noticed was locating my position and updating every time I returned my screen on .... Even if I had set it up to 3 hours... Some inherent flaw in the app
Try the weather channel, it barely affects my battery.

1weather is sick besides their lack of an expendable lock screen widget
I use 14wfie weather.

The new Yahoo! Weather seems to have fixed the problem, while being beautiful (even if it isn't Android Design Guidelines compatible )

Search XDA for a little app called Floatnote. I always use it as an s Note replacement on CM roms.

Floatnote = Great response but its a open pop up app I serch a widget
I find memo widget simple in play store it has good widget but when You write something You get lag of input.
Fiinote Its not 100% hand writing app You get imput field to enter note and dont have good simple widget.
I almost have it but still serch
Fiinote is compatible with spen, this is a capture of my widget. Is a bit tricky to configure but I really like it.
